I ordered my package two months ago.I was informed that my adress was wrong in an email from customer service but I am sure adress I provided was correct. Two months passed and I didn't receive my package or get any information about my package or where it might be.I am very dissapointed and I already sent 3 emails about a refund and did not get a response. I just would like to get my money back.

I have been trying to contact them because I have not received any information regarding my order from 2nd of September. Until today, it's still "Order confirmed", so they still haven't heard from me and today I sent an email about cancellation and refund.... Hopefully they'll answer.

I have attempted to contact this shop five times now regarding two orders I placed, one August 5th and the other August 7th. In all emails I provided that information along with my order numbers. My first two emails were regarding an email delivery notification that my package was delivered…with no package in sight. I checked the tracking even made sure my address was correct on the receipt they provided, yet somehow it was delivered to Romania instead of the United States? Then my other order had zero tracking updates, only a shipping label created but nothing further. No email notification that it had been shipped, nothing. If there was ever an issue regarding my order I was never contacted.
This first email was on August 25th solely about the delivery notification, then on August 30th I emailed about BOTH orders. I have messaged them multiple times on Twitter to please answer my emails, and even attempted to use the help center option on their website in hopes they would actually respond to that. I have received NO reply back, not in my spam folder and nothing in my email inbox.
My last email was sent today, because I finally received only a partial order. If everything was intact I would potentially not be writing this review. One of the glass items (1/3) I ordered was crushed, it arrived in only a polybag with bubble wrap no box. It was shattered and almost cut me when I opened the package, small glass shards going into my finger. The next item (2/3) was blatant false advertising, it was not the same mold/model as what I ordered. The last item (3/3) was not sent as I said I only received a partial order. As for the item delivered to another country I have received no reply back, no offer of a refund. I haven’t received correspondence from the shop. I did request a full refund of both orders in my last email.
I would not recommend anyone buy from kawaiibdsm, they not only have terrible customer service and communication, but also a lack of protective packaging. Glass items should not be shattered upon arrival due to improper packaging, you should be notified when your order is shipped because even now it still says only shipping label has been created, and be able to access tracking or even the correct tracking number for YOUR order. It would be irresponsible to mislead other people into buying from them when this is the service you’ll receive. Highly disappointed and will never be buying from this store ever again.

Very cute shop, but have been disappointed.
I am not one to write reviews, but this had to be done.
I saw this website a couple months ago and found it super cute, however was worried as many customers were saying about major delays in orders. I thought I would give them a go and come up with my own conclusion.
Ordered a couple of items back at the end of May. Had a confirmation email, followed by nothing for almost a month. I was contacted by the team saying that there was an issue with my delivery address (even though its the same exact one I use for every other delivery/order I place from all online retailers I have used). I replied back providing even more detail but never heard back. I sent emails looking for updates, contacted them on Facebook, where I was just met with a automated reply. Now over a month since that communication and nothing has appeared or been said. Very disappointing.
So, as the previous reviews state for delayed deliveries, and no communication, I can say that happened to me too.
That being said, Etsy has lots of products similar to what is shown on this website.

The whole shop is very cute and pretty, I've been considering ordering from them for a while, and when I do my order takes too long, there's no updates or email replies, it has been a month and nothing...
Its really frustrating due to the fact that I was excited to get even more things after this...

My second package came yesterday and I'm pretty impressed with my paci!
I had some issues with shipping of the first order but they tried their best to help even if they don't always get back to you right away, (my advice is to avoid social media and e-mail them directly).

In general all the items I ordered are pretty good quality and exactly as pictured so I'll order again probably :)

They took the money and never delivered. Same products are available on alibaba, for a fraction of the price, better order there!

TLDR: Never received order after ~60 days, including no response to emails/messages.

I ordered two items around February 4th, received an order confirmation number no problem.

I first requested an update on my order status after 35 days (on March 15th), which in their max length of time when orders should be received according to their FAQ. I never received a response for this email/request.

My second request was through their website's 'Chat with us' function, which at this time no longer seems to work. I got no response from this either, but I cannot verify if it even went through in the first place.

My third message was on March 25th, through email again. At that time it was about 40+ days since I'd ordered with nothing but a confirmation email to show for it. With this attempt at contact, I once again reiterated the length of time, my order number, and simply asked for updates.

Finally, I sent an email on April 3rd stating that because of the lack of communication and response from customer service, I was formally requesting a refund if I didn't hear back within 5 business days.

Sidenote: In each email I'd responded with my order number and order date, as well as a background as to how long it had been since I'd last messaged them requesting assistance. I did my best to make it easy for them to be able to locate my order on the chance my emails were just being sent to spam or maybe they just forgot to send my package off with the rest.

Today, (April 11, 2023), I began the charge-back process with my bank. Please note that I still have NOT received any emails at all from KawaiiBDSM excluding the very first order confirmation email.

I have never ordered from this merchant before but I say definitely DO NOT waste your time ordering from here! Seems to be abandoned/scamming although they're still active on social media (posted on facebook 1 day ago, twitter 3 days ago, and instagram 3 weeks ago).

Order arrived broken and completely unusable a day ago, and shipping wasn’t discreet at all! Packaging said dildos on it, which gave me a laugh but would’ve been a nightmare had i not been the one to pick it up. Contacted them as soon as my order arrived for a refund, haven’t heard back. Very disappointed ☹️

Edit: Have since heard back and had a refund or reshipment offered. It took a few days to get a response, but I can understand that given it being the lunar new year. Thank you sophie from customer support!

A truly great shop, quality items. My vibe is super strong and holds up well. I recommend! Shipping may take longer than expected but I ordered in the middle of March of 2020 when Covid was affecting shipping.

I had a great time ordering from KawaiiBDSM!
The staff were really attentive and answered all my questions via email and even made sure all of the items were tracked when I expressed my concerns.
All of the items are beautiful and of quality, all arrived in good condition. The shipping was really discreet and efficient, especially when considering the current global state.

Oh I was very nervous because I had never buy something like that and the place of origin is just so far from my country! (Mexico) but everything turn out super great at the end, it took like just 20 days to arrive (counting weekends and all) I buy it the 2 of October and it arrive like 22 of the same month! and it was perfect hahaha <3 the material is great and the patern is just perfect, is the cutest thing I own hahaha, I will totally buy more from the store and I wish you to do it too!

I’ve only bought from them once, but I bought 5 different items. They all shipped and arrived separately - in good condition. The tracking website did not work, and it took up to 2 months for everything to arrive. That is all fine considering the current global pandemic. One item was canceled so I contacted customer service, and they reshipped it. I’ll definitely be buying from them again.

I will give 3 stars, the people are so helpful and understanding and the shop itself would be 5 star.

BUT, my issue is my tracking information has not moved close to 2 months now, I ordered back in March, worse timing with the 'Rona, but many have received within the 2 months of ordering, and I have not got a budge on my tracking information. It is apparently in Shanghai for 2 months, I'm a normally very patient person, but I spent a good bit of money so obviously I will be concerned. I told myself I will give it until the end of July before asking about a refund, personally 5 months is a long time to wait for something that should have been here may or even june at latest...

I wish someone working in this lovely shop could maybe contact the place it claims to be in, Shanghai, and see about my order because I would love to receive it.

EDITED UPDATE: Customer service got back to me very quickly and we're very helpful to offer a repost, for this I will change from 3 stars to 5 for them being so helpful and patient with everything.

I got my first order recently and I'm so happy with it!! The item arrived safely, I appreciate the effort put into the packaging; the extra items where such a nice surprise too! Overall, ordering from kawaiibdsm was a very nice experience, I'm definitely buying more stuff in the future. Thank you for the great service. 💗

I ordered an item on May 4th, it was shipped out. Unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong address, I have reached out to the merchant and they claim that it has been delivered to the correct address. The item was delivered in Fredericktown, Ohio. I live in Springfield, Massachusetts. That’s a whole different state. I’m pretty sure I know my own address...they also rule that it could have been “stolen.”

Update: They have refunded my order and have told me it was their mistake. I originally gave one star, I now give them 4 stars. Thank you for helping me solve this issue, Sophie.

I was honestly I little unsure about ordering from there because I had seen some negative reviews and hadn’t heard of the company before. I thought that since apparently everyone has gotten their money back even if there has been an issue I decided to order thinking it would be fine. I was a little worried to think I might have been scammed but this turned out to be a really nice online store and everything I’ve experienced has been good and no issues at all. I have emailed them about my order and always got a polite reply back within a day (thank you Sophie).
It didn’t take too long to get my tracking number either and after everything I will definitely be ordering from them again.
I totally recommend ordering and to see how good this store really is!

The delivery times are a bit long but it is honestly worth it. The Customer Service is really kind a patient and they do their best. A trustworthy website. 20/20 would recommend.
