I bought from them two years ago, and still use the items perfectly. When I first found the website I thought “this is it, this shop is made for me”. It’s not that easy to find the cute side of bdsm and I’m still so happy they are all about this side. I would buy half the shop if I could!

I am super happy with my purchase. Everything looks absolutely adorable, the quality is amazing and I would 100% recommend!

I love the products so much. As someone who loves pink and Pastel colours, having toys that fit my personality makes it so much better!

Im writing another review to confirm my disapproval and disappointment. I would never order from kawaii bdsm. I ordered last year and my order was never shipped after months of trying to find out where my order was, messaging their various social media accounts and emails listed on their platform and finally threatening legal action. I eventually received a cancellation on my order without explanation. I left a review here which was greeted with an angry response from the company.
For months they have been fighting to remove my review about their bad ‘potencially fraudulent’ company. And today i recieved an email notifying me of the removal so please never, ever spend your money with this company. FAKE. SCAM. DO NOT TRUST

I'm giving my two cents about this company: When I first entered this page I was kinda shocked because there's people here that seem to be talking about any other website... They are a small team but super super nice and responsive, I had a problem with an order that was returned I e-mailed them and immediately I got a reply from Sophie, who helped me out and even sent me the order again free of charge. I already ordered from similar websites and I never got a reply from them... I'm really happy and I will consider ordering again maybe when coronavirus disappear...

I love KawaiiBdsm & all of their products!! All of their products are sturdy, and so cheap!!! I can’t wait to see what other products KawaiiBdsm adds to their shop in the future!!

Perfect! I highly recommend it to everyone! I have always been delighted with the quality of the products at affordable prices! Always there when I have problems, very attentive and friendly! I had some problems with some items in my order but they answered all my emails and offered me several solutions. Really I had no problem with this site! I love it!

really wanted to give these guys the benefit of the doubt after the issues they seemed to have over the summer, but it took me messaging multiple times on multiple platforms to get any word on my order at all. at that point (about three months after ordering) i was told that my package would be authorised for sending right away. the person i was speaking with seemed receptive to my frustration and my suggestions, and i felt a bit more optimistic after that. HOWEVER, after a couple more weeks with no news or items arriving, i messaged again, and was told that the stock was defective and that was why i still hadn't received anything. i waited a couple more weeks and, hearing nothing, asked for an update on the situation. i got no response until, several days later, my order was finally cancelled altogether without explanation.

these guys seem to have built up a faithful following until things started going downhill this year, so im reluctant to call them an outright scam - but they REALLY need to rethink how they treat their customers. i and many others have been scrabbling for information on our orders for months, only to be ignored and for our exasperated comments on their social media pages to be deleted. if you don't want your customers writing negative things about you, just treat them a little better maybe?!

anyway. im bummed out because this site has some really cute items, but i never want to even attempt ordering from here again.

Ordered in August, had no updates for a few months BUT as soon as they got their facebook page back up, I contacted them about my order and it was shipped within the day. They were very polite and regretful about what had happened, and upgraded my shipping so it got here very quickly! Bad experience to begin with but the staff were super nice and the stuff is really good quality so overall I’d say they redeemed themselves.

*UPDATE* order arrived in late November, with very little in the way of an apology (more like a string of excuses). Product is lingerie, quality is average.
Ordered products in August. It's now November, and they've only just got back to me about shipping. They say that they "hand make their goods", but the shipping details I received list the origin as China (not Portugal where they say they're based). Will update when they products reach me, but I'm not expecting top tier goods.

My husband and I ordered from this site on August 7, 2019 and got our order confirmation email without issue. We have still not gotten any email saying it has been shipped, or anything at all. My husband has emailed twice, but I have sent about 7 emails since we have placed our order, as well as trying to contact them on different social media. I have still yet to receive any emails back at all. We even paid for express shipping so we could have it as soon as possible! Absolutely horrible website, and even worse customer service considering there is essentially no customer service AT ALL!

Edit: finally heard back from the owner on fb, my order was shipped out today and was told they weren't able to respond to all emails as they weren't getting them. Owner was honestly super upset that she has been unable to fulfill orders right away. Will update again when my stuff arrives.

It’s been almost 2 weeks of no confirmation that my order has been shipped. Their website states it will be shipped out within 1-5 days. I’ve emailed a couple of times with no replies back and made sure to check my spam folder just in case. Nothing. I even paid extra for the tracked shipping. I’m calling my bank and reporting this as fraud and getting my money back. This is ridiculous. If you so happen to see this and decide to “fix” this, I might change my review.

After a terrible mix up, she was happy to help any way she could, very polite, nice to talk to got my order sent to me straight away. Items are lively will most likely shop here again ♡

Ordered a few times, always great quality products ! Ordered a BDSM kit 2 years ago and still in great condition even after being used regularly !
Shipping isn't really fast but that's not a problem for the price and quality of the items !

This is the best store in the whole world !!!!! Kawaii BDSM has everything I needed, mixing bdsm with cute things like my own personality! I can not wait to get some product!

Ive been very interested in getting some kitten like toys for my girlfriend and this website has been one of her favorites. They have a great supply, nice variety, and decent prices!

The shop is affordable and my package arrived pretty quick for me but it's a little inconvenient for me that there's no checkout option where you can pay with paypal. rather you have to email them and then there's the chance your email lands in their spam. but overall the shop is great and I'd love to order from you again.
