I've ordered from them a number of times adn they are great. Products are what you would expect for the pice, if not above and beyond, but service is where they excell. They have always been avaliable to answer all my questions. When I had a shipping issue they resolved it almost immediately. I've also gotten cute little freebies like a plug with bigger orders. My wishlest is a mile long and I can't wait to order from them again!

My partner and I get all if not most of our gear from here! I love the service I get when things come damaged (which has only happened once, but it's no one's fault but the delivery driver) my first collar was bought from here and so were my first set of toys. I love everything about this site and company and I couldn't be happier.

I ordered from this store a long time ago, when they were still at tumblr. It was my first time buying anything related to BDSM stuff so I didn't know what to expect. I contacted with the owner using tumblr messages and she responded me the next day with the email for paypal payment. I told her the product I wanted and the shippment options, then I was given a price that paid through paypal and received a confirmation email. I think the shippment took between 2 or 3 weeks, but it finally came and everything was okay. The producct wasn't exactly as the photo but for the price it had fairly good quality. I didn't purchased anything more because of money but I wouln't mind to buy from this store :) I think is very hard to manage a shop and sometimes it gets overwhelming, but keep trying!!

Made an order on the 17th of March and have only recieved one email saying that my order would be sent out within the week (email received 11th April). I ordered after their vacation period had ended but immediately after receiving this email, the vacation period has been changed to after my order date. Even based on the dates shown in their "vacation period" message, I should have been sent my parcel already. They now refuse to answer any emails. Do not buy from this company.

When I ordered, there was a note on the website saying that orders would be delayed because of sickness, but I was fine with that. They said that orders placed on a certain date would be shipped out the last week of February- but then my order was shipped out 2 weeks after that. It's been two months, and I still haven't received the entirety of my order. One of the things I ordered was a heart-shaped head harness gag, and the heart was attached upside down- I had to take it apart and turn it back the right way up. There has been no response to my e-mails.

Only one of my packages arrived, my second package has yet to come and its been over 3 months since i received a text claiming it had been shipped. The tracking information is useless and gave me no useful information whatsoever. Customer service was lazy and passive aggressive. I feel like ive been robbed. Dont trust this site.

Worse order on line ever. I order 2 items in February almost 3 months ago. My credit card was debited alright right away. I have been contacting their customer service. 6th time. Got 1 answer after over 1 month to tell me my emails were getting in the spam box, but that my order was being shipped. Now I don't work for the Portuguese post office but you would think 2 month shipping is a tad excessive. I asked for a refund and still no answer. Will take legal action if I don't get my money back. This is not acceptable.

This company is such a joke. They make excuses for why they can’t respond to simple emails instead of just apologizing. They MIGHT get back to you, but if you need any additional help, good luck getting a hold of them again. It’s been over 1 month and I still don’t have two freaking necklaces. Bad, bad, bad customer service.

I've been waiting for over a month.

I paid 10€ for a tracked shipping, but I only received one message telling me my order had been shipped. I'm writing this review, because NO ONE replied to my multiple emails.

I hope the product is decent, at least.

Kawaii BDSM was the first shop I have ever used for anything even remotely involving BDSM, and I used the only money I had to buy a choker and ball gag, which took a while to arrive, yes, but it still came within the time period that was estimated. The items were discreet, and in perfect shape. The Quality, was great too. Even now, I adore them.

Costumer service, and those behind the shop are also great, I’ve sat and actually talked to them on Twitter, about their products and they sat to help as best as they could.

Kawaii BDSM is the only shop I plan to use from now on, whenever I actually can. Just wish they’d add some cute boy-ish stuff too. 💕

Me and my girlfriend like some kind of kinky sex, but finding the right devices always has been the main problem. Most shops in our country provide us with frightening stuff and ordering something from abroad takes much time and money for delivery. Kawaii store solved both troubles as now we can get the cutest BDSM accessories ever seen, and don't pay anything for shipping. Thank you for that.
