The shipping process is what made me rate this site so low. I ordered a product from that site on August, 2018 and it never came to me up until January, 2019. 5 months of waiting for a couple of necklaces. I'm giving this site two stars because the woman I kept asking about the progress of my order was really nice and polite.

Great products, TERRIBLE customer service. Took a bit of frustration but i finally got the 3 products i ordered.

I ordered back in November two items. I’ve contacted them over 4 times about where my order is. At first they were very quick to respond and answer my questions about where my order had gone. I’ve since then contacted them 3 more times and they have not responded to my emails at all. It’s been over 2 months now since I’ve ordered and haven’t heard anything about where my order is. They have not answered whether or not they will give me a refund like I deserve considering I haven’t received my products at all. Reading the reviews I’m glad I’m not alone in this, not responding to emails on products people have not received shouts Scam scam scam. I will not recommend you buy from them unless you want to wait 3 months for your things, no responses from customer service. It won’t surprise me that all of a sudden I’ll recieve my products (just like everyone else who’s written a bad review) after they’ve seen this.

I was immediately contacted when something went wrong with the delivery and the shipment was back on the day after the contact.
Afterwards everything went smoothly. Received the products, very happy with them.
Would recommend.

Items arrived months later and in poor condition.

I was really hoping that I wouldn't have to issue a bad review since it's a first ever for me but this is unacceptable. I ordered an item on the 30th of July. So far I only received one reply and from then on I have been completely in the dark about my order. The tracking says it's being sent back, I even took a printscreen and attached it to an email to customer service, still no answer. Reached for the store on tumblr, no answer.
I understand that setbacks happen and store owners have a life too, hence why I have been avoiding this review BUT I have absolutely no idea on how to proceed, it's been 2 months and I feel like I'm being ignored.

EDIT: Changed the review to 2 stars since the order arrived and KB finally reached out to me.

Over priced cheap quality items from wish.
Took too long to actually ship out the parcel(S) (more then a month of waiting for tracking) packages came on different times and it felt like the owner of this website orders thier items from cheap sites like wish, the quality of the items isn't the best not worth the price paid at all. I feel like I should of went on wish to get my items for alot cheaper as the quality would be the same.

I haven't had any problems with Kawaii Bdsm. I got my packages on time and the quality of my orders were perfect. They respond to their e-mails quickly as well. It's a great store with cute items and I plan to do more shopping there.

The kit was of poor quality, breaking the first time it was used. The pins tore out of the fake leather. Shipping took a long time, but customer service was helpful and polite

The employees themselves are amazing. They're kind, polite, and try your best to help you and the items appear to be great quality. However, as of this moment in time, I still have not received my order. When I first emailed, I received a response 3 days later, great! I have emailed again, wondering where my package was (politely, of course, no need to be rude.) I haven't gotten an email back yet, but am hoping for one. Overall, this seems like a great company, but one thing I would highly recommend they work on fixing is shipping and giving an email to when your package has arrived.

The products were absolutely fantastic but the processing and delivery time were over a month.

I loved the website, I order a red tail (my first kitten play tail) it unforntel the tail broke. And they were more then happy to help me get a new one

I first found KawaiiBDSM on twitter. I will be honest, I haven't yet placed an order yet. However, many people have suggested this place to me and that's saying a lot! I also follow their twitter account. Theh make sure to share posts from actual buyers, and its very authentic. I can't wait to buy from them!

Since I found Kawaii Bdsm's website I placed 3 orders and I'm not disapointed at all, the owner is a really nice person and I'm really happy with the items quality and customer service in general.
I'm only giving 4 stars because some items took more than usual to arrive, but thta's not KB fault.
