Totally disappointing and from now on I would not recommend to rent a car not to booking and absolutely to this car rental company, booking should be informed and inform us the served ad and confidence in the companies that she recommends us and also the insurance that they offer us.lo that for us buying auto insurance But the rent of this that were 430 dollars we were conviction in 1200 because when we arrived to pick up the car practically forced us to pay an infinite amount of extras and the terms with booking and the insurer were not valid, and because they knew our urgency they abused our good faith, this was in Cancun, we are still waiting for the return of money by the insurance company affiliated with booking since we had to pay in addition to an insurance offered pir booking that they do not accept from 180 dollars to 560 dollars for 9 days, totally humiliate and frustrating.

This Company does not accept insurance protect cover which one get offered and done by the online booking. You have to do a very expensive second insurance cover. If not, you have to pay a high penalty. What this company is doing is a illegal fraud. And you never will get back your already paid money by online booking back. Also the waiting time and service at pick up and return car is very bad. Also be careful, they try to pass over damages of their cars in your bill. Make fotos all around of the car, before you pick it up.
