Ordered some newall posts on their website, was an issue but was sorted efficiently thank you to Luke.

Ordered two bathrooms from the Kellaway Bathrooms branch, and the whole process was seamless. The showroom staff are very knowledgable and helpful, and will find ways to save you money! The delivery drivers went above and beyond to put the items as out of the way as possible. Communication during the ordering and delivery process was great. Had absolutely no issues, everything went exactly to plan.
Would absolutely use them again!

Delayed delivery arrived this moring as expectedafter notification yesterday and skilfully negotiated our shared driveway to deposit Dumpy exactly where required. The driver is an excellentskilled representative for Kellaway!

I don't normally leave reviews but I wanted to commend Kellaway for their service.
I've had three orders from them recently and the staff couldn't have been anymore friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Their communication on orders has always been timely with regular updates. Delivery wise we have had the same driver each time who has always been incredible; professional, friendly and always happy to go the extra mile. We live in a busy side street where deliveries could be difficult but the efficiency and skill of offload made it quick, with the least disruption possible. Goods arrived when expected and in good condition. So far, if I could give them 6 stars, I would. Highly recommend

I’ve been dealing with Alex over the last few weeks, he’s been an absolute star, he had gone above and beyond for us. I highly recommend Kellaway and staff at the Chippenham site, they are always polite and helpful.

Delivery today from the Chippenham branch. Came early morning. Didn't get the driver's name but he was very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Very happy with Kellaway. We have used the Bath branch previously to purchase patio flags. They seem to have a wide range of products at competitive prices. (We struggled to find the flags we wanted elsewhere!).

Great service from kellaway . Special thanks to Connor who helped me choose the right skirting and wood plus gave me a good discount. Don’t bother going anywhere else - easy to park, load up and friendly service.

Mark delivered our fence panels ahead of schedule. He was polite and friendly, delivering these to the desired location which was slightly out of the way.

Was expecting the delivery in the afternoon but came first thing, I didn't get the drivers name but he was very easy going, professional and friendly.
Delivery instructions included that I'd mentioned I had a narrow drive which the driver had no trouble with.
Will use Kellaway again but will follow up with a phone call to get an idea when the delivery might be as no date was given until I called. The gentlemen I spoke to that time was also very friendly so there is obviously a good culture within the company.
