Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 477 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers found the product's new recipe to be disgusting, with an unpleasant taste and texture that made it inedible. People reported that the cereal no longer absorbed milk, remaining hard and crunchy, unlike the original product they had enjoyed for years. This change in quality and product experience led many to discard their purchases and switch to alternative brands. Reviewers also expressed dissatisfaction with the perceived value for money, noting that the product's fiber content had decreased while the price remained the same, suggesting a focus on profit over customer benefit. Some customers mentioned issues with customer service, feeling that their feedback was ignored and that the company did not care about loyal consumers.

All bran in specific

All bran in specific. Kelloggs what have you done? If I wanted that texture I’d have gone and got myself a bag of walkers french fries, yes, the crisps.
You’ve changed the recipe to taste like a bag of crisps not cereal.
Old all bran I’d go in and it’d be sold out at times. This new one seems like it’s not moving off the shelves. Hopefully there will be a ‘back by demand’ sign and we’ll get something we actually want to pay for back very soon. What a huge mistake to change this much loved cereal.

Bye Bye

I've just bought my first and last box of the new "improved" All Bran.

Absolutely vile - hurts your teeth to eat it

New All bran recipe is disgusting

New All bran recipe is disgusting. Hard tasteless twigs. A life long customer will be lost if the old recipe does not reappear on shelves & quickly as I will be investigating a replacement.
This does not save food wastage, as a new box will be heading for the bin, as I cannot stomach the new version and I also ate the dust in the old box.
Bring back the old recipe quickly!

Just tried new “All Bran”… I feel like…

Just tried new “All Bran”… I feel like I’ve been personally attacked.
For years I have enjoyed this simple ‘constant’ in an ever changing and increasingly disappearing world. I always thought I could rely on its 100 year old, more or less unchanged recipe.
Whomever at Kelloggs thought it was a good idea to switch to this twig like crunch garbage needs taken out and flogged.
I shall be buying the M&S variety from now on as it’s closer to the original we all know and love. Shame on you Kelloggs.

Catastrophic recipe change

Catastrophic recipe change. I've eaten All Bran all my life and haven't eaten it since it changed recipe as I find it completely unpalatable. How did it pass any tasting tests? Just awful now.

Thought I’d got the usual all bran that I’ve always enjoyed until I opened the box straight away new something was different usually leave to soak up the milk but didn’t happen my first mouthful absolute disgust . Went straight in the bin . Another company on self destruct seems to be the trend these days.switching to cheaper supermarket brands.

Whats happened to the good old allbran…??

Whats happened to the good old allbran we loved? Oh dear. Tasteless and brittle sticks of nothingness. I thought I was coming down with a cold when I had a bowl of this as I couldn't taste anything. Then realised its a new recipe. Tastes like very cheap budget supermarket brand.
Won't be buying again. I doubt if I will even finish the box.
Very poor. If I could give less than 1* I would.

I can't believe Kellogg's haven't gone…

I can't believe Kellogg's haven't gone back to their old recipe. All-Bran is now inedible. Anyone that buys it now for the first time will never buy again I'm certain of it. I used to love the old recipe - could eat it on its own but not now. I tried M&S Bran Sticks as they looked very similar but it wasn't the same - All-Bran now off the shopping list for ever - unless they admit they're wrong and go back to old recipe

Poor Delivery Service

Earlier this week, I ordered two boxes of Kellogg's cereal in my weekly shop, specifically a box of All Bran and Bran Flakes. I will keep the shop anonymous but when my delivery from this shop arrived, everything I ordered was of a superior quality except from the Kellogg's products. The two boxes I ordered made up only a small percentage of my weekly shop but the state they turned up in was noticeable and not acceptable. The boxes were dented and ripped! As an elderly citizen all I wanted was to skip going to the shops as it takes up a lot of my day due to my age. But it seems from now on I will have to make the journey to the shops, so I can make sure I get the product standard I want. Kellogg’s, please fix this, as I only had this problem with your products.

Corporate arrogance

New All Bran is completely revolting. I'm just astonished it got through market research and consumer tasting panels. Just stinks of corporate arrogance. What's happening Kelloggs?

Disgusting new all bran recipe

New recipe of All Bran is absolutely disgusting. Why change something that has worked and been profitable for years. Instead of changing it to save energy and money why not just reduce packaging size. Texture, aftertaste, taste in general is definitely like a cheap supermarket own brand. Another customer lost

It's goodbye to All-Bran, what is Kellogg's thinking with the new recipe.

I have been eating All-bran for years. I bought a new box and couldn't believe how hard and tasteless it was. I thought I must have picked up a supermarket own brand by mistake. But no, the box proudly displayed the Kellogg's logo and informed me it is a new recipe and that it stays crunchy.
It's like eating twigs, it's not crunchy, it's just hard and tasteless. The nice malty taste it used to have is gone. I certainly won't be buying anymore, I hate throwing away food but I'm certainly not finishing the packet. I won't insult the birds, I'll put it in the food recycling.

All money no Bra(I)n

The new all bran doesn’t only stay brittle making it totally unpalatable, but it also tastes of nothing. Why change? All Bran used to be so nice
