This is the second time getting a puppy from kellys kennels. I love the experience of being able to go in and see the puppies interact with others puppies and even getting them out to see how they are with you or your other day if have one.

Staff are willing to answer any questions you may have regarding the puppies and caring for them.

Our cavapoo has bought us so much joy after sadly loosing our other dog last year. He's full of character, such a joy to have at home.

We bought our puppy (Cockapoo) Oakie from Kelly's Kennels on 31.07.2022. Our puppy (Oakie) has settled into our home and family brilliantly. He has been an absolute joy, very lovely temperament and a great family puppy to have.

In terms of our journey with Kelly's Kennels, it was of course a very difficult decision to make with all those lovely little puppies you have. However, it appears Oakie chose us as he didn't leave my daughter's side the whole time we were there. The staff were there on hand to answer any questions which was great. The booklet provided to us with all the information has been fantastic, and this was also commented on by our vet this morning when Oakie went for his vaccinations. They informed having all the information at hand was very useful.

I would absolutely recommend Kelly's Kennels. I also know a few people who have bought puppies from Kelly's Kennels and they too had a great experience. The kennels are very clean, the staff encourage you to interact with the puppies, the experience was so enjoyable.

We picked up our gorgeous little Lottie on Saturday she is an amazing little bundle of fun . She is learning so quickly . The staff although busy were friendly and knowledgeable . They answered all my query’s and offered advice . The kennels were clean and large enough for the pups that were in them . Would definitely recommend

We collected our lovely Millie who is a Maltipoo nearly 2 weeks ago. She is a delight and doing really well. She will be able to have her first walk tomorrow that should be fun. She is already going outside to do her business. Not sleeping great at night. Doesn't want to be left downstairs in crate. Hit and miss but we are persevering. All in all a great experience and thanks for such a cutie

We bought our schnoodle Teddy from Kelly’s kennel a month ago and he’s just the happiest bundle of joy!! He was with his brother when we arrived and we had the chance to sit with him by ourselves and see how he was with other dogs. Great environment and fantastic staff, thank you for helping us find out teddy bear .

We really wanted a female cockapoo and when we went in Saturday 5th august I was shocked at how busy it was and how many people was viewing the female cockapoos! They only had 2 females left but thanks to my cheekiness and my pushing in the queue to ensure I got a female I was delighted to get our new fur baby Mabel. Even though it was chocka the staff was still available to help and they surely must of been stressed by everyone (me) asking a million questions but they still remained calm and friendly.

Our pup was obviously shy and nervous at first with her being taken out of her home and away from all her puppy friends but after a couple of days in her new home she was fine. She has settled in perfectly now and already being a typical puppy menace haha but we love it.

I had an internal battle with buying from a breeders and not adopting but after doing research and going to check out Kelly’s kennels to us it felt like a safe breeders and the puppies seemed to be loved and really cared for. I was looking on pets 4 homes and buying from there just didn’t feel right, I didn’t feel like those pups was 100% cared for whereas it felt right at Kelly’s kennels!

I’ve already received follow up emails from them asking how the puppy is and they’ve even offered advice on training. I still have an internal battle over the buying and not adopting but Kelly’s kennels really have put me at ease with my decision to shop!

I can only comment on what I’ve seen and experienced and for me I have had nothing but a positive experience and after my 2 gorgeous dogs passed away recently due to old age (both 15) Kelly’s kennels has helped bring joy and love to my heart again and have brought Mabel into my life and oh my god will this little pup be loved so much.

Clean kennels, friendly, knowledgeable staff, they didn’t pressure us and left us to choose our puppy. We weren’t rushed, very pleased with the whole process and would recommend Kelly’s kennels to anyone

We bought our little Westiepoo from Kelly's back in July without any issues. The Kennels are clean and the staff are inviting and helpful. One thing to be aware of is that the puppies are not bred onsite, they are imported from Ireland from a puppy farm which we weren't aware of when we bought the pup. Having said that, our vets gave her a full clean bill of health and said that all of the pups from Kelly's are healthy and in great condition.

Having seen a recent review particularly about pups being unsocialised and scared I wanted to share our experience at Kelly's when we purchased our shipoo pup just over 2 weeks ago.

The Kennels themselves are very clean (immaculate tbh) and pups are well looked after. We fell in love with our pup and were able to spend as long as we wanted with him before making a final decision. We didn't feel rushed or under pressure to purchase. We paid the deposit that day and collected him a few days later. Our little pup is just the best bundle of love and fun ever. It is very clear he had been well socialised prior to his forever home. He just loves everyone he meets. He is also being a joy to train. We had him checked over by the vet when we registered him (not through any concern just something we personally wanted to do) and our vet was pleased to report he was a very healthy happy little pup with an amazing little temperament. Thank you KK for our baby, we wouldn't hesitate in recommending you.

Visited Kelly’s kennels to potentially purchase a pup, when the pups were in their kennel area they were very playful with each other and keen for strokes yet when viewing on their own the pups were extremely nervous and unsocialised, they didn’t even want the handler to pick them up, this screams to me that they aren’t handled or socialised or even used to human contact on a one to one basis, you would expect puppies to be curious and not shaking and scared in the way they were when close to people. I would definitely not recommend this place at all….I have a gut feeling from what I have seen and from being a long time dog owner (6 dogs over 40 years, puppies to 17 years old, so not inexperienced with dogs) and being away from the other pups should make no difference at all because puppies are naturally curious and excitable. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

We picked up our Zuchon puppy 3 weeks ago. He is 3 months old now. He is such a clever little boy who has a great personality and good nature. Within a very first week he got house trained. Uses artificial grass mat for his business. A quick learner and very peaceful at night. He got settled in very nicely in our house. Very adorable.

Dougie the Maltishi. Dougie is a gorgeous little boy who is full of fun and mishchief and he has a lot of love to give. We wanted a family friendly pup that would fit in with our family and that is exactly what we got. He has adapted well into his new home, training is going well and he sleeps through the night which is a bonus!
We chose Kelly's Kennels because other family members bought their dogs there. The staff were friendly and helpful and answered any questions that we had. Dougie had been vet checked prior to us bringing him home and he had a follow up visit with our own vet which went well. Thank you Kelly's Kennels for our furbaby Dougie, he's amazing x

To cut a really long and very sad story short we got a miniature dachshund from here in March 2020 (pre-lockdown), she died at 6 months old from a suspected stroke or a seizure which I thought was really strange for such a young puppy.

On the day we got her it was extremely busy and to be honest we never thought to ask to see the parents (I admit this was extremely stupid of us) but weeks later I asked for pictures on Instagram dm and was told they weren't allowed to send me pictures which I thought was odd. (Sidenote: I have also noticed and taken evidence that they posted a picture of some "parents" in 2020, and reposted the same picture in 2022 claiming it to be that day on two occasions - pretty weird)

Fast forward a few months after her death I was looking into her family tree, as well as the family tree of the new puppy we got that year, when I noticed Nala's (the puppy from Kelly's) heritage didn't match what was shown on the KC website. I messaged them to let them know and they told me they would look into it. 9 months later having chased them up myself they tell me they know that her dad was a miniature dachshund as he was DNA tested but can't give me a correct copy of the family tree (which I can only assume was just created on a word document and completely made up) because they don't know it. This is after they had told me her parents were health tested and nothing in her heritage could've caused such her to die at such a young age. Well now I'm not so sure, as not only do they not know if her grandparents/great grandparents were health tested, they don't even know who they are!

Granted, sadly it is pretty irrelevant now as what's done is done but if this stops even 1 person lining this puppy farm's pockets with money then at least my poor puppy didn't die for nothing. Kelly's Kennels have no idea the amount of upset they have caused me and my family and nearly 2 years on it still continues because god knows where my puppy came from. I dread to think what's going on behind the scenes.

Kelly's Kennels' proprieters own a license to keep 300 breeding female dogs in a puppy farm in Northern Ireland...where 'Lucy's Law' does not apply. Amply documented in NI press...where the Green Party candidate says she looks forward to Lucy's Law being implemented soon. Where are the puppies' mothers? How are they being treated? Do you care, dog owners/ lovers...or is your own puppy your sole concern?

All puppies are being bred like cattle out in Ireland on a puppy farm containing 900 dogs, then shipped to here.

Ok sure, not money at all no, 900 dogs on a breeding farm is perfectly "fine" for the dogs I'm sure.

My husband and I found out about Kellys Kennels from a neighbours daughter who brings her for puppy sitting. We made an appointment and went to meet the pups. The staff were brilliant it was a bit like being in a sweetie factory but they brought us four to look at and we managed to narrow this down to two and then to make our final choice. She is a maltipoo and is gorgeous although still nervous but as we have only had her a week this is to be expected. All in all a wonderful fulfilling experience

I got my cavapoochon last Friday and she is so sweet and very smart, she uses her training mats and doesn’t stop playing, she has settled in and become a naughty lil pup bouncing round the house like a mad dog, the perfect dog for me and I’m glad I made the choice with kellyskennels to get her. I was amazed to find out her birthday was on the same day of my late grandads birthday aswel!! She’s absolutely perfect in every way and loved warm snuggles with belly rubs, Kelly’s kennels staff was amazing with me and my family and made sure she was the right choice for us and now we can’t get enough of her, she is so playful with our other dog Ted and wants to play play play. Highly recommend

We bought a gorgeous 15wk old Maltipoo puppy at the weekend and what a joyful character he is. Superb communication, appointment only, clean, warm and inviting. Options to sit and reflect before purchasing. Groomed, tick & flea and microchip checked. Food provided for interim period and puppy pads provided for travel. All administration available and staff very thorough. A pleasant experience and a wonderful companion found for our family. Thank you.
