I've hired a 2T digger for the weekend for some works at our allotment. Delivered and collected on time with no issues.

Initial enquiry when made by phone was a bit gruff and directed me to use web site.
Site easy to use, all done in a couple of minutes and delivered when required.
Called me at the end of the hire period to check finished and were prompt in picking up.
Would use again.

Exactly as described on the tin hired a stump grinder easily with them picked it up and dropped it off no issues nice and quick same day hire cant fort them in any way fantastic service

Called up to check if they had a turf cutter available for weekend hire on Good Friday morning, i was advised one was on its way back to the yard from another customer. I Drove to the yard, was given a hand to get it in my car (SUV). Unit worked as advertised, returned it bank holiday Monday. 2 fellas lifted it out of my car for me. It couldn’t have been easier. Great service, competitively priced. I will be using Kent Hire again soon for the higher of more plant equipment.

First class service unexpected fast delivery of mini digger especially as it was Bank Holiday Monday. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Forced Action Mixer was delivered early which was a massive bonus so we could start the resin laying first thing.
Mixer was easy to use and connect to mains, really made the process so much simpler.
Collection was also smooth.

Booked a dumper and mini digger for use in my garden on Saturday. Initially the delivery was delayed due to mechanical issues with the digger. However within 30mins of being told this I was given an updated ETA. Rather than let me down another digger was hired from a third party. Which was a great help. Delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. Even managed to get the machines collected earlier once the job had finished. Recommend hiring from Kent Hire and will be using them in the future.

the lawnmower delivered promptly, however it took 3 days for the company to collect the lawnmower. They did not give a time which was very inconvenient

The sign outside says they fix lawnmowers. Last Wednesday I phoned them and they said they would get back to me when there was someone in the office. On Friday I went there and someone was unloading a mini digger, I spoke to them and they said they had my number and would ring me when there was someone in the office. Its now Tuesday so a week later than the original contact. Still nothing. Apart from the total lack of customer service it raises the question if there is never anyone there who fixes the lawnmowers?
