ordered some fascia boards online no problem,on asking by phone when to expect the delivery the man was very rude.said not his department & someone would contacted me then just hung up.A week on & nothing! but i have been asked to review them even though i have no delivery Three more calls to them & still no reply from the online department!.1 star because the fascia is very good. customer service is total rubbish!

Having done an on line order and…Missing order and information

Having done an on line order and receiving a confirmation email, I have had no further information as to when my order may be ready to pick up. I phoned the Bath branch ( my collection store) and got a very pleasant gentleman who was unable to help me, but was able to give me the number of the Yate store ( where apparently the order will come from). I couldn’t get an answer ( maybe they are shut on a Saturday?), but left a message, but as yet no one has got back to me.
I’m slightly anxious as to where my order is!

placed order on line on 30 july when…

placed order on line on 30 july when you complete the order you are instucted that a delivery date which I paid for {not free}would be given when paying for goods.no date given.Then asking the question on line wheres my order was told by an area manager my order had been passed to my local branch but could not give me a delivery date because the phone lines were down and he could not contact them.?.I then contacted the local branch myself to be informed by the acting manager that my order would not be sent out till the 5 august .they never deliver next day .if i had known this before ordering I would have gone elswhere.I placed anorder for other building materials from local supplier on same date no delivery charge and arrived next day first class service !!
..ps its the 4 aug today I can only hope i get my order tomoz and its complete.!!!

The only problem that I had was trying…

The only problem that I had was trying to get the samples from their web site, in the end I phoned and was answered by a person ( this was on a Saturday morning), who took my details and informed me that the samples would be in the post on the following Monday & I would get them on the following Tuesday/Wednesday ( they came on Thursday) . After checking to see that they were what we wanted , went back on their web site & ordered the items needed.
A couple of days later had an email to say that the items would be despatched on the 8th & we would get them on the 9th.
This skirting is just what we wanted and this company is one of a couple that I could find.

Customer Support is so disappointing

Customer Support is so disappointing. Their contact number states "We value your service" Ordered a quantity of items on 11th May, despite countless phone calls and e mails sent I still do not have an estimated delivery date. Not even any update regarding the order.

Best price I could find for quality clear corrugated sheets, not your flimsy large DIY store type offerings.

Sheets cut as clean as a whistle with an angle grinder with no splitting or cracks.

Was informed when ready for collection as I live locally- top people with superb pricing.

I found this company brilliant

I found this company brilliant. I wanted upvc skirting and architraves, i phoned for advice and their rep was very friendly and helpful. I put my order in on a thurs and it arrived on the following fri packed in numerous layers of bubble pack in perfect order. I would and will use them again with no doubt. Thanks for everything Kent upvc keep up your very good service.

Ordered upvc window board

Ordered upvc window board from Kents Direct, I had an issue with the order but this was resolved quickly and effectively by Lee.

Would I use this company again? Definitely, highly recommended.

The online ordering process was…

The online ordering process was straight forward as was agreeing a delivery date. Bad weather caused date to change but they advised me before 8am of the change and delivered early on rearranged date. First class service.

Inadequate excuses and still no refund...

Considering the other reviews online about this company, I can't really believe I've had such a terrible experience but there we are.
I had ordered some showerwall panels in November. Two and a half months later, many phonecalls by me chasing the Kents team and getting nowhere and numerous emails unanswered, Kents finally admitted that they couldn't fulfil the order (a myriad of inadequate excuses were given). I could have tolerated this if I had been told this information much earlier. Instead Kent's fobbed me off endlessly and I was left without a useable bathroom for months. To cap it all off, they have yet to refund me the hundreds of pounds I have spent although they promised this would be received within two days - it has now been over a week. I suspect I'll be chasing them for that too.

I'm sorry you had to endure the mess that was your order. It should be noted that your particular products were on a 4-5 week lead time as they are made to order. Christmas slowed this down even further.

The supplier gave us numerous dates that the goods would be ready to dispatch to you, but moved the goal posts on a weekly basis. Hence the dates given to you were all over the place. Kents apologise for the terrible experience you have endured, this is a very rare occurrence as you can see from our online reviews.
