reason for 4 **** is that the whole order did not come together, and i had to chase up remainder of order otherwise it would have been 5*****

Ordered composite fencing and must say it is very good. Extremely easy to fit and looks good. Ordered online and then got good follow up communication both via email and phone. Delivery was excellent and fence panels were very well protected. Only slight niggle is that the security clips seem very expensive for what they are, £15.00 for 10 bits of metal that probably cost pennies to produce. Hence only 4 stars.

Goods were as described - very good packaging and arrived on time. I wish other suppliers could do the same!

Nice guys at Bath Depot but - failed to deliver as indicated meaning I had to persuade my builder to give me a new date for completing the job.
Also - - - at a glance your website looks good BUT it has misleading errors eg every entry for 10mm thick polycarbonate roofing sheets contradicts itself in the detail by saying it is 16mm thick!
Materials arrived after bank holiday - instead of before. But correct items delivered.
UPDATE - Then ordered an extra two items to match first order. Great delivery - wrong items which are a different brand and different appearance.
Took them to Bath depot only to be told that the first design supplied was no longer available through Kent even though still on Kent website. Was helpfully advised to buy elsewhere and given a firm that supplies what they have discontinued.

Good service, delivered on time. Would use again if cheaper. Found identical product significantly cheaper.

Found this company on google, I was looking for upvc skirting for my living room. Chose Kent’s direct because even with the delivery charge it still came well under the price at leading DIY stores. Waited a week for it to arrive, but that wasn’t a problem. Great service, great product. Would definitely recommend this company and I’ll definitely order again

Plastic fence panels look great and are easy to fit. Delivered as planned and very well protected. I will never need to buy bubble wrap again.

I have recently placed two orders on line and can only say Kent’s Direct did what it said on the tin. Both my orders came on time and everything turned up. I will be using Kent’s again in future and will recommend to friends.

Their website took me straight to white rainwater guttering, when I wanted brown. The staff readily changed my order when I realised my mistake. The product appears to be solidly made (from pvc?) with a high gloss finish. The guttering clips firmly into the brackets, but I was disappointed that the other components fitted together very sloppily; I would expect them to clip into each other much more firmly, but then I am not used to installing guttering, and this might be the norm.

Very easy to do business with and kept me informed throughout my order. Highly recommended
