Good product great firm to deal with

Placing the order via the web site was not 100% effective but it was a mild inconvenience and I give it 95% score.The resulting phone call showed me that the staff were conversant with their ordering system and confirmed my purchase, the items received were correct and delivered as agreed. I like to add that even though the items ordered were very bulky and light they were well packed (one more package to undo). I would use this company again.

They are the only company I could find who had the plastic skirting board I need.
They said I would be told the day of the delivery, I was not. the couriers appeared on my doorstep. the two blokes were very helpful and carried the boards to where I asked.
I had to telephone Kent because the pack did not contain a delivery note or invoice,

Can some please tell me what’s going on I ordered @ 5m x 200mm x25mm white laminated window board.
The Webb page told me that you cut them down too 2500 in length because they will get damaged in transit that’s fine.
But you have only sent me one window board @ 2500 long you still owe me on more length @ 2500

The products ordered were very reasonably priced. The delivery was quick, and the driver was very helpful. Phoned ahead to arrange a time for delivery and gave me options as to when he could get to me. Overall, a cracking service, really pleased.

An Excellent Service, but would have liked earlier feedback on the delivery date.

I purchased windows and doors from Kents and received an excellent service from the Bristol office. Staff were knowledgeable, polite and helpful from start to finish. Snags were dealt with immediately with everything sorted and put right to as soon as I phoned them up. Follow up order to complete via online was also successful and my builder picked up with no problems.
I am very pleased with the service from them and will be using them in the future for my next project.

My one complaint would be had to ring up three times for a sample to be sent.

Online order, with helpful website, followed by friendly and helpful staff at Yate depot. Even though some cutting of pieces had not been done, it was fine as employee was so polite and apologetic.

Helpful member of staff on phone but no-one got back to me by email.Goods were delivered on time and well packaged.This was the only company that stock the product we needed.

As of yet I have yet to receive any communication about delivery despite 2 calls and no response. I am currently delaying the project and may have to ask for a refund!
