I am SOOO disappointed that this company has changed so much for the worst.
I have bought 2 coats for my dog previously and all was fine. I think the company grew and the customer services just vanished. I have placed an order on 24 November 2023, 2 weeks later it has been dispatched to a completely random address in the U.K. that does not exist. I have tried contacting the company relentlessly via email, Instagram and trying to find a telephone number but unlike previously they have deleted the number now. I can not amend the address as it has to be done by Sender. I have no coat, no money and no luck in contacting this company. So so disappointing. All I want is my money back and will be filing the PayPal claim. So sad that although good quality - terrible customer services. 3 weeks - and still trying to get in contact.

Een maand geleden heb ik voor mijn hond een harnasje gekocht bij Kentucky Dogwear. Helaas was de harnas te groot. Ik heb met Kentucky via mail afgesproken dat ik het harnasje kan terugsturen en ik de juiste maat opnieuw kan bestellen en het geld van de vorige bestelling terug zou ontvangen.
Het nieuwe harnasje is dan ook snel aangekomen en het is prachtig en van TOP kwaliteit. Helaas is de service wat betreft de terugbetaling van de vorige bestelling een dikke flop. Na een aantal keren op en af te mailen werd mij telkens beloofd dat het geld zo spoedig mogelijk terug op mijn rekening zou staan. Tot op heden is dit nog steeds niet gebeurd. Zeer teleurstellend.

A month ago I bought a harness for my dog at Kentucky Dogwear. Unfortunately, the armor was too big. I have agreed with Kentucky via email that I can return the harness and reorder the correct size and receive the money back from the previous order.

The new harness arrived quickly and it is beautiful and of TOP quality. Unfortunately, the service is a big flop in terms of refunding the previous order. After emailing up and down a number of times, I was always promised that the money would be back in my account as soon as possible. To date, this has still not happened. Very disappointing.

I really appreciated when Kentucky Horsewear launched B2C sales channel! The customer experience of the website, purchase & delivery of goods was great. Not to mention the quality of products. Our dark bay hannoverian mare looks like a queen in the purple show rug 🤩 We cannot wait for the winter show season to begin! #purpleforever💜

My recent experience with Kentucky was a very good one! Their website is super easy to navigate and check out from and it’s not complicated. Of course I absolutely love love love all their products and I can’t say enough about their style and quality. I’m a lifetime loyal customer for their halters, boots, and rugs ♥️. My only complaint is that shipping to the U.S is very high on their website which really sucks :/

I bought a halter from Kentucky, when there was a default, they replaced the item without any fuss. Very gratefull they did. Very good quality and beautiful products. I love ordering kentucky products and will continue to do so.

I ordered something for my dog but its too small… Its impossible to contact this company, there are no informations given on the homepage how to return things… it seems like they don‘t want costumers to return things… seems like a big fraud to me.

The day after i ordered i already got it! That was super nice! Everything was in the box, nothing wrong. I am verry happy!

The dog coats from Kentucky are beautiful! They have a nice look the coats are very warm and have a very good fit!!
My dogs a Chihuahua and a Dachshound don’t like clothes but this coats are really ok and my dog accept them really good!
