Keuken Kampioen Reviews 

Pros:
1. The two people who came for installation did a good job. That means KK had good team who can install the kitchen well.
2. Cannot comment now on the quality of the wood, the drawers and the hinges, used to build the kitchen. It is too early to comment. So far the feel of using the kitchen is good. They gave given 5yr guarentee. Hoping it will be fine.
3. The person who put the kitchen which i imagined on to the paper was patient and flexible. He planned and designed well. Though he was really aggressive sales person, it helped me in finalizing the deal in one evening.
4. The Installation and Finishing of the kitchen is really beautiful and near perfect.

Cons:
1. Almost 20% of my kitchen space is wasted. I really regret it by not looking into the final plan more closely and assuming that all the space would have been used.
2. Had taken glossy finish, but then the one of the exposed sidewall of the cabinet that houses the inbuild refregirator is not glossy. Thus spoiling the look and feel of the kitchen to certain extent.
3. Not so happy with the AEG combi oven and the AEG dishwasher. KK would have suggested to go for better one as they have more knowledge on these devices instead of focussing only on overall price of the kitchen thus incuding not so good models of the kitchen appliance.
4. KK did not give option to go for bigger dishwasher saying height of the kitchen top won't allow diskwaster which is few cms more height. i think the bigger disjwasher could have been installed but chipping the floor by few cms.

We are foreigners don't speak good Dutch. The sales in their Utrecht shop fooled us. I still remembered he said based on this contract, when the workers leave our house, my water and electricity can be used. But after we signed the contract, the sales said in his email "we will not do the connection" and disappeared. I was so angry and wanted to cancel the contract. Their "boss" appeared with some offer based on the extra cost. I was pregnant, could not afford more time to argue. So we paid another 750 euro based on an "all in" price.

The installation was horrible. They make a strange electronic issue that the LED lights were not working. But we were too busy with the newborn baby so we wanted to let it go.

And 8months later, last week the desk top cracked, without any heat or weight on it. It just cracked!

A guy from their company came to our house checked. And the conclusion is, hehe, of course, our fault.

Zojuist heb ik het dossier ontvangen van onze monteur die 20 mei bij u is geweest. Onze monteur heeft geconstateert dat de schade die ontstaan is in het werkblad, een gebruikersfout is.

Wij zullen voor u een offerte maken. In de offerte zullen alle bladen verwerkt zijn. De monteur geeft aan dat alle werkbladen vervangen dienen te worden om erger te voorkomen.

Goede monteur, altijd prima after sale!

From sales consult and design through ongoing communication of order status and finally delivery and montage, the experience was positive. Quality at all steps was clear and professional. We love our new kitchen!

Everything ok. We have diacussed a lot over the equipment which i would like to have in the kitchen and after all i am very happy with my choice. I receive good advicea and i hope that I will be very happy using them.

Great experience all along.. great people, they know their business and technology, if there is one thing that needs to be improved.. it is DELIVERY TIME :) I had 8 weeks of turnaround.

Last weekend, I visited the Keuken Kampioen showroom in Rotterdam Alexander to buy a new kitchen for my new apartment. It was a very professional atmosphere and I spoke to their sales agent; Mr. Sammi. He was very polite and friendly and also very much more knowledgeable about their business and I received very good tips and suggestion of my ideal kitchen.

I spent almost 3 hours there, visited so many German high quality kitchen and offered a remarkable discount on the entire kitchen package, and finally made my decision to purchase the kitchen from Keuken Kampioen team. Now, I wait to see my new ideal kitchen to be delivered to my apartment.

I advise those who wishes to renovate their house and especially the kitchen, visit one of Keuken Kampioen showrooms in the Netherlands and benefit from a good quality and professional team’s services.

Sammi was a great help while choosing the best for my kitchen in Alexandrium!!! He could help me in English perfectly and was always helpful.

For the second time now, we ordered our kitchen from keuken kampioen.
Very happy with the service. Kind and helpfull staff. Clearly very experienced. If we ever need another kitchen, we know where to go.

The first contact I had with this store was positive as the advisor seamed to know what he was doing. What is not nice is that I though I am signing the document for PRELIMINARY kitchen design, not the obligation to buy the kitchen that was not final, not measured and not agreed. Especially since initial design does not fit in a room that I showed the measurements from. There is plenty of small print on a very long condition document-all in Dutch, off-course, and sellers are full of understanding and are telling you only what they think you want you to hear. Very aggressive selling manner and of course 'special price just for you" that you are not allowed to think about is just the part of ambiance. Byw, I am informed that cancelling this preliminary design costs 500 euros-of course this is not stated anywhere in any of the papers. rather high for a bad cup of coffee.

One week later and after subsequent discussions with this store, any communication about changes is completely useless- no reply on e-mails, no possibility to schedule measurements in agreed time or week after they were pushing actively for it, and 12 weeks delivery time instead of 8 they were promising. However, they did manage to send me unspecified invoice, where only a rather high sum is stated with request to pay. Yesterday, a bit more than a week of my initial visit I went into a store to try to get some answers, but all I encountered was a very rude seller who was full of ironic questions to me and condescending answers on my questions regarding the quality of certain parts of the kitchen.

I have sent yesterday cancellation of this order- however, so far that is ignored as well. I did manage to receive several e-mails today where they suddenly found the time to do measurements and have a discussion. Everything for a sale.

Do yourself a favor and skip Keuken Kampioen if you want a new kitchen. Mediocre quality, not transparent pricing, long administration, hidden costs and bureaucratic procedure. At this point I am willing to pay those 500 euros just not to have to deal with this people ever again.

The person selling to us (Bob van Bennekom) was excellent. Very professional. He spent a lot of time to explain everything in detail and gave us a lot of advice on how to configure our kitchen. His client approach was also very welcoming and friendly.

We didn't expect to close the deal when we entered the keukenkampioen showroom at Delft but the salesman Ozgur Vardi and manager Chiong Chow answered all our questions in a professional and friendly manner, helped us realize our dream kitchen and made every effort to keep it affordable for us. So we couldn't find a reason not to go ahead. I would recommend this company and as a matter of fact have already recommended them to friends of ours...
