My horrific experience with Keuken kampioen:

They made me sign a wrong document which I could not read as it was in Dutch and later made me pay the fine of 30% based on that document which was in thousands of euros.

I have not seen a more rude, arrogant and indecent person in my life then the manager at keuken kampioen Mijdrecht showroom. So, I don't expect to get positive response from the showroom. He was the person who made sure that we pay maximum fine. We requested him that we can buy something worth the fine amount but he rejected my offer and said that he will make me pay the fine as that is easy money for the company #shameonkeukenkampioen . They even told me that if i don't have money, I should sell my car to give them fine..

This is the best and most effecient kitchen company i have ever seen. Excellent service and support in all aspects. Very friendly and cozy atmosphere. The best and most effiect kitchen company in netherland.

Just ordered our new kitchen in Spijkenisse with the great help of Chiong.

We couldn't be happier! He opened the shop 1 hour before for us and helped us with all the doubts and concerns we had. He came out with a great desing for the style we were looking for. We totally felt like VIP customers!

We just ordered our kitchen at Sijkenisse KuekenKampioen. Thanks for the pleasant and welcoming reception of Mr. Chiong Chow, we were able to discuss openly our desires and expectations and he was advising us and thinking with us to match the expectations with the costs. He is very flexible and customer service oriented who listens to the customer instead of being pushy. Thank you Chiong Chow for your time and for the smart professional advise.

We had our appointment with Mats, and after the discussion and design of our new Kitchen, we were happy that we chose Keuken Kampioen. Mats is very knowledgeable and works along the line of your thoughts and requirements. He made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions, even the stupid ones. :) At the end we were happy with design and the price. Thanks for all the help and effort Mats, specially helping us with the transport to the train station.

We showed up for our appointment with Stefan van Wijngaarden at Keuken Kampioen Dordrecht feeling hopeful and left absolutely amazed! Stefan guided Philip and me through the arduous process of designing our new kitchen with skill and finesse. His personal love of cooking showed through, especially as he prepared broodjes and served us lunch! Stefan has a practiced eye for details and made certain that we left the store as satisfied customers, happily clutching the drawings of our dream kitchen!

Mark Singer handled difficult situation and made a beautiful design. He took into account two different wishlists and made a dream kitchen for both of us. We are extremely happy with it and his help.

We had an appointment at 'Keuken Kampion' this evening and we were helped by Stephan van der Vorst. The service was excellent and Stephan was both professional and informative. We were impressed and decided not to look any further and we went ahead and agreed to buy a new kitchen by 'Keuken Kampion'.

Yesterday I was in Keuken Kampioen Dordrecht.Very good service.Sellers can advise and answer all questions.I was with his wife and children.
One of the employees Stefan had a free moment he busied himself with my children.At that time, I with my wife, we could take care of buying the kitchen.

Because of Stacy we finally had the kitchen we wanted.

Biggest mistake we made buying the kitchen from KeukenKampioen.

I will never go back to this shop and will recommend people not to go there. Specially Keuken Kampioen Almere. And the sales person Jeffery. He messed up with the whole design, Incorrect sizes of the plank. And many more.

First of all the design:

The design we asked for was changed with out informing us. When we found out they started giving us various excuses and pushed us to go with the design he made. We felt like its not our kitchen.

Secondly we the installation
It took them 3 months to complete the installation. Supposed to be installed by 7/11/2015. But completed the installation on 27/01/2016.

The mechanic they sent first time, made a complete mess of the kitchen. Damaged all the worktops. Oven and afzuger was not installed properly. When we open the door of the oven, the whole oven was coming out from the cabinet. Putting us is a dangerous situation.

Thanks to Vincent (one of the very good mechanic of KeukenKampioen) who found 16 installation issue made by previous mechanic and corrected those.

One advise to all other people thinking of buying a kitchen from KeukenKampioen, if possible avoid going to KeukenKampioen Almere. If u have no other choice, atleast avoid Jeffry. Ask for Stacy or Omar. And for installation ask for Vincent. These three guys able to give the kitchen a better shape. And triple check what they have written in the paper. Every piece of it. Take the measurement tape with you to make sure the sizes are correct. Otherwise you will get 25 CM wide plank instead of 40 cm wide plank.

I am putting 1 star since I can not put 0 for this company.
I agreed with them to have the simplest thing in a kitchen done-to just do the kitchen worktop and nothing more. In the contract the delivery date stated was 5 weeks.
7 weeks passed by and no sound of them at all.
Than I decided to engage them and they have been inventing stories and excuses for the past 5 weeks (so far). For the past 3 month since I have hired them to do a simple work, I am without a functional kitchen, eating out every night, because they are incompetent in the work they are suppose to be "champions" in.
I have tired everything to reason with them, calling them, sending emails, opening complaints on their official site, opening complaints on klach )nl ( btw they a the moment own 73% of the complaints in their category) reported them in the ACM and consuwijzer send complaint via registered mail, etc. So their response to this: SILENCE. Nobody gives 10cents to what you have to say. Sadly I am not allowed to add links to the complaints in the review (not sure if this is facebook limitation or their own), but in this part I wanted to put some links for the mentioned sites there everyone can complain for the bed service received.

I strongly advise anyone that is even thinking to get anything from these people, to go to the next store. Even if you plan to get a small handle worth 20euros, just dont enter their shop. Just go to the next one. There is always a next one, just 2meters from them. And the other companies are smart. The open their shops just next to keukenkapioen, because they know that you will not go in keukenkapioen, but will go in their shop. Just do that and I promise you, you will feel appropriated and satisfied, you will be smiling, and everything will be done according to the agreement.
I still can not understand how is it possible to agree that you will deliver something in 5 weeks (which is again a lot of time for such a simple thing) to and than take 12 weeks (so far) not to deliver. And probably there will be 3-4 more that I will need to wait. That is 250% more that the agreed time, and 250% more of money thrown out on dinners every night.
I feel sorry for all of us that made the mistake to start something with these liars.

We visited Keukenkampioen Delft yesterday, which is the third kitchen store we selected. To be honest, we did not expect to sign the contract on-site, because we believe better price and kitchen design come after one has visited enough number of stores.

However, Kevin's creative work good price has changed our mind, and we signed the contract in the end.

To summarize the positive points about the sale service:
1. creative work where Kevin has totally blew our mind and designed a kitchen that fits our apartment super
2. being thoughtful on behave of customer. Kevin always try to give advice taking customer's need into consideration instead of trying to sell most expensive stuff
3. patience. we changed our mind about details quite some times during the session, but Kevin was always open to listen and did not show any impatience.

with the above, we would really recommend anyone who is looking for a kitchen to try Keukenkampioen Delft with Kevin.

Next, we are looking forward to the following services from Keukenkampioen including the kitchen itself and the montage.

Over the past couple of weeks, I had a great experience with Keuken Kampioen branch in Amsterdam Arena. I was helped by one of their youngest, friendliest and most enthusiastic and employees - Randy Hoek.

I first came to Keuken Kampioen looking to buy a kitchen for an apartment I hadn't moved into yet. I had a good idea of the measurements and we started the design process right away. Randy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way, making sure that I receive the kitchen I really wish for, within my designated budget. I really appreciated his patience and understanding throughout the whole process of putting together the configuration, the communication was great and I value the fact that he never hesitated to ask his supervisors for advice when something was not fully clear. We managed to strike a deal on a really fantastic kitchen, within a very reasonable price. I was super happy when I signed and left the store very excited about the purchase I had just made!

However, a few days later, it turned out that the measurements we initially assumed were not fully correct and the configuration I signed for cannot fit into the designated space at all. I immediately called Keuken Kampioen to explain the problem and I was able to get another appointment with Randy already within just a couple of days. We sat down to see what could be done - and yet again, he was extremely patient and helpful, he let me take my time to find the best solution within the very tight budget that I had. We worked together for a few hours and I have to say that Randy really went out of his way and did every possible thing to make sure I have the right solution at hand! We ended up with a fully new configuration, which was expanded and had improved appliances and – most importantly – a configuration which will surely fit. All of this within a small difference in price and fully respecting my financial possibilities! It was a really great effort on his part to make such a deal possible for me, but the most important thing I really value with Randy and Keuken Kampioen is that he did his best to retain me as a customer and to help me out with the optimum solution, making sure I receive a premium quality kitchen.

I really look forward to the upcoming process of measuring and final delivery of the kitchen, and I do hope things will go as smooth as they did during the buying process. This will be noted in a following review.

But so far, I really have to extend a very personal Thank You to Randy and his team at Villa Arena – nothing but Huge 5 Stars for you!
