Very happy to recommend Kevin Egan Cars LTD.
Both my wife and I purchased a new car at Kevin Egan Cars LTD, we were both very happy with the friendly service and after sales support we received. On the day we collect the car, the helpful salesman (Mark) spent in excess of an hour with us offering guidance in relation to the features of the new vehicle, he then guided my wife on her first ever driving trip on an automatic transmission car. Take the stress out of buying a car...
KE cars was a stress free purchase for me. Mark Walsh responded to my email on the first day and took/responded to phone calls and text messages thereafter. This is contrary to the experience that I had when [attempting to] communicate with other Peugeot Dealers in the west region. This instant communication made me feel that this person [business] are looking to do business.
The staff are naturally friendly - from the front desk to the office to engineering staff... they all had a smile and a salutation. The premises itself is not intimidating like other places I have visited. You don't have to wander about needlessly looking for someone to take notice of you - even when they are busy you are offered a coffee/tea and a seat in reception area.
What I liked the most about dealing with KE Cars was the fact that I was dealing with the owner of the business [Mark] and he wanted to do business and do something that is not part of the trade in many places...haggle or agree a rate that both parties are happy with.
For all the above reasons, I am happy with my purchase and experience at KE cars and I will be back again PG to do business in the future.
