Thank you for your review regarding not feeling welcome, apologies about that! I have mentioned this to the staff who said you were happy enough leaving? The reason there was no recollection of a booking was that we were booking two weeks in advance. You only wanted to have a light looked at so we told you call down and we’ll squeeze it in, we were being accommodating! We also usually charge €35 for a diagnostic, which we waived for you as courtesy, you didn’t mention this in the review?
As regards the workshop not being big enough, you are right but you’re the first camper van we have ever had throughout our 9 years in business! I would have no plans to extend our temporary workshop because of one vehicle! We plan on building a purpose-built workshop next year maybe that might keep the rain off your Camper.
