New shell for LR3 Discovery key
Keys arrived on time. Very simple to swap the insides of old key out and put them into the new shell. Unfortunately the old key has a thick base and when you try and put it into the new one it doesn't fit properly and it doesn't spring out when you press the button. This can be fixed if you have someway (maybe a dremmel tool) of shaving a bit off your old key so that it fits into the new key holder but, I didn't know that until it arrived. Other than that it all works so I am happy.

Great Service, great product
Bought 2 replacement cases, easy to fit existing key and control buttons, Only one concern was that the control buttons we a little loose in the case and they rattled (but better this than not fitting), but a small piece of foam fitted behind them and all solved.

Beware: This seller is a joke
Purchasing two 18650 batteries.
In their sale listings they clearly display two 18650 batteries for £8.99 which is roughly similar price for a pair with other competitors. However, I only received one battery without any notification that I should perhaps expect a second one. Upon researching their site, it said that they have run out of stock. However they did not inform me about any of this, I just got charged for two batteries, received only one which is if no use to me and total silence from customer service regarding any replacements or re-embursement. Nothing. Total blackout.
They do not provide a phone number - nothing on Google. Incidentally they have not even bothered to fix their website product search which doesn’t work!
I would not recommend this seller to anyone.
Ps: the email this vendor refers to in their reply was my second email which indeed was sent that Friday. But in my comment I was referring to my FIRST email which I sent via their internal “contact us” platform many days before, which was obviously not even read let alone answered.

Hi, The product you purchased is clearly called HI-MAX 18650 3.7V 2600MAH RECHARGEABLE BATTERY and is for one battery only hence the name. You therefore got charged for one battery and were sent one battery. As for the "total silence" with regard to customer service. You sent an email to us on a Friday at 20:15 which is clearly out of normal work hours. Once the email was seen it was replied to immediately and a refund was offered. As for the pricing of the products they are priced according to their quality. Please feel free to buy cheaper sub standard products elsewhere
Quick service - but
Quick service. Shame no instructions but as an engineer it was not a problem except it was the wrong key. Everything OK except the terminals which were wrong and could not be changed. The inside of the key has refernce numbers which if one was able to order by this number everything would be OK. Anybody want a Mazda key fob?
