Their cases are great quality and excellent value: but it turns out that there are two different patterns of three-button case, and the one supplied was the wrong one for me. When ordering look very carefully at the location of the tiny LED light: if it’s near the key blade, rather than at the side of the key, don’t order it! Unfortunately! Their website doesn’t make this clear, and neither do they provide any instructions about how to go about transferring the electronics, although there is one video on you tube from another supplier which is helpful. Perhaps the do the correct pattern as well, but as they haven’t replied to my emails I can’t confirm either way…

What a great idea this replacement fob is. Saved the cost of getting a replacement key cut if you can find a key cutter in your locality that is. Thoroughly recommend.

The item didnt fit my original key. Too tight.

The replacement keypad arrived quickly as promised. Remote boot lid opening is not an option on our Toyota Corolla so the boot button was not required. Once snipped off with scissors, the pad fitted perfectly into the key case and the key now operates as if new. This simple replacement saved about £60 over the local Toyota dealership price for a whole new key! Brilliant!

Good product but disappointing service
The key case looks good and works fine, but arrived without the Alfa Romeo badge (which is just a sticker) or any instructions.
Before I could use it I had to take both my existing key case and the new one apart, and put the original key in the new case, in place of the blank one it came with. This is quite fiddly and I don't think it's unreasonable to have expected some written instructions, or at least a link to download them, especially as by attempting to split the case in an incorrect way I could easily have damaged it.
When I emailed about this they replied promptly and sent the badge sticker, but just said there were no instructions and I could send it back if I couldn't open the case.
I eventually swapped the parts successfully after finding an Italian YouTube video showing how it is done. But a lot of wasted time and aggro could have been avoided if they'd simply bothered to send the badge and some instructions in the first place.

Key case arrived before ETA and fitted perfectly and after transferring worked first time.

Delivered on time, does the job. Really cheap. Quoted by kia 300 pounds. Just remember you must have mechanism and key, this is good if your key pin broken and you want to replace case. Brilliant service. Saved alot of money.
