Complete waste of time and money. As a community charity, we wanted to ensure we had the right protection. We purchased the product alongside installation to avoid problems with installing this ourselves. Both the product and installation were ordered on 02.03.25. At the end of March, we are still waiting for installation. The installation company were appalling. The first installation date consisted of a 5 minute consultation where we were told that it would not be possible to install on masonry. They could only install on brick. And they were gone. Several phone calls later revealed that the installer themselves could not fit it because they did not have the correct drill! Tamo were given until the end of today to arrange for this to be installed. This is a full month later where we have had to make alternative arrangements for the community keys. Completely unacceptable. Will certainly not be using or recommending this company. Avoid at all costs.

We are investigating what went wrong with the installation team regarding the scheduling and communication, and working with them to ensure this doesn’t happen again. A refund has been issued to you which you should receive in a few days.
