It was very difficult to arrange a time with the installer and then when I did they didn't turn up. This was very inconvenient as I needed the key safe in place for carers to access my mother's flat when she came out of hospital. I had to install myself and recommend you don't buy the installation option if in the Northamptonshire area.

I most liked that I could book the installation at the same time as buying the key safe and didn’t have to find someone to do it myself. The installer contacted me immediately after safe arrived, was very professional and did an excellent job

Very substantial safe, easy to lock the numbers in, very secure once locked and really securely fitted to wall.

Terrible. The set up instructions are impossible to follow and have made the key safe jammed so it won’t close. A complete waste of money

Very helpful to have it installed. It is firmly fixed. Though the installer was very pleasant, he did not clear up afterwards, leaving brick dust all over the ground.

The fitter was polite and tried to be helpful, but he was sent to install a product he hadn't seen before and didn't even know how to open the keysafe. I was concerned that he expected me to give him my chosen code, yet customer services insisted later that I should only give the code to a person I know and trust. He was persistent in wanting to call on the day I received the parcel because it was convenient for him, although I preferred to have a look at the Tamo first. Once it was on the wall and holes drilled, it became difficult to return the product

Really helpful and patient staff. on request emailed me the instructions on how to set the code. Also very nice gentle man who did the installation

Arranging the date for installation was straightforward and flexible. The process itself was very quick, the safe is up straight and securely attached to the wall. I'm pleased with it.

I have been waiting for 10 working days since receipt of my order and have still not heard from the installers that I paid for alongside the keysafe.

Some confusion about the date of installation. Had just booked for the following week but he turned up the very same day! Luckily I was in. Installation took 5 minutes
