If there was any way I could give 0 stars I would. The worst experience I’ve ever had with any vendor. I asked about their returns policy prior to purchasing and was told I could return the hair for a full refund if I was unhappy. They sent me the worst quality hair on this planet and blocked me.

Now, after I left an honest review about my experience, they have started contacting me again but only to pressure me into taking the review down. They’re offering a return only if I remove my review, which raises serious concerns for me. At this point, I don’t feel confident that if I send the hair back, I would actually receive a refund or replacement.

What’s especially frustrating is that their own policy states returns should be possible, yet that wasn’t honored until I posted publicly.

I would strongly advise proceeding with caution.

Everything was packed neatly in purple mesh bags with size labels. The hair smelled clean — no heavy processing scent like some other factories.I’ve installed it on 5 different clients now. No tangles, no shedding so far, and they even colored it without problems.This is my third bulk order. I paid via Momo and confirmed through their official Zalo. Attached invoice number was #HF23291.I appreciate how their team responds late at night too. For me, as a stylist, reliability matters — and so far they’ve delivered consistently. I’ll keep buying.

This wig is amazing , it was so soft ,the lace was thin ,very minimal shedding It was very easy to install and melted into my skin well. If you're looking to get into wigs this is a great starter one.
