Nice place to stay walking distance from the town centre. Customer service is great

A nice, simple 2 up 3 down house, with 2 decent sized bedroom, a sitting room, bathroom and kitchen/diner.
Kitchen is stock with the basic essentials (pans, utensils, crockery, cups, kettle, fridge etc) , bathroom has small toiletries and the house comes supplied with linens.
Parking is on public road outside, but is free and was easy to find a space.
We didn't use the garden due to cold weather but looked a decent size.
House was pretty clean and check in and communication was easy.
Only negative was that it seemed like the house had unoccupied for a while before our visit, with some small traces of dust on ledges, and the thermostat had been turned down so the house was cold, but after adjusting it the house warmed up slowly.

Great apartment, very clean, all the utilities spotless, great communication over the phone , very satisfied with our stay! Highly recommended!

Fantastic apartment, great location, great communication and overall very good service. Only downside for me was that the keys have to be collected from another location. I'm sure these could be secured onsite for convenience.

Me and family stayed 1 night while travelling down to do the Polar express train ride experience. We stayed here due to being closely located to family. Very cosy place and ideally located. Easy access due to welcome email and lock box for the keys. Tight for parking due to street parking however could always fine a space. We would stay again if down this way.

Good customer service and even better apartments don't have any complaints everything went smooth from the minute i arrived the the minute i left. Very quick to respond to any queries i had. Highly recommended

This house was very good value for money and we enjoyed our stay. A few details were lacking which would be easy to remedy:
- The key lockbox code given in the welcome email was incorrect. The correct one was in the bodyof the welcome pack
- Proper soap/handwash in the bathroom
- All remote controls contained dead batteries
- The smoke alarm in the rear bedroom had no battery

The only more fundamental problem is that the living room contained only one settee/seat which was small and uncomfortable.

Sparkling clean,nice apartment, well sitaued. Staff were keen to help with any issues.

The apartment was in a great location for our travel purpose. The apartment was clean and well styled. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was better than I've experienced in other hotels/apartment rentals. The provided amenities were of good quality.

Unfortunately there was some slight damage in areas of the apartment. The veneer on a part of the backsplash by the sink was peeling off, There was plaster damage in the hallway near the ceiling and there was signs of water damage in the ceiling in the bathroom. Also the TV remote was temperamental, not sure if this is due to batteries or wear and tear. These are very minor issues and didn't detract from my stay but may for others.

The main downside for us was the windows. The apartment we were in was on the main road side and the noise was as if the windows were open. I suspect there were vents open in the top of the windows but even at over 6ft tall they were well out of my reach. This noise lead to very disturbed sleep for both of us.

Also the blinds in the bedroom were not enough to block out the light from the windows which also added to the disturbed sleep.

If these issues were addressed this stay and property would get 5 Stars without question.

Stay was great but they don’t stop contacting you for months asking for reviews! Very annoying.

We were a little disappointed with our experience. We booked via Booking.com where it said free parking (one of the main reasons we booked our stay). We made the booking for our two staff members and then received emails stating parking was for non commercial vehicles only which we did not know about when booking and the stay was non-refundable so we could not cancel. I reached out and queried this and explained the type of vehicle they have, and they said that as long as the van did not have signage on it would be fine to park there. When they got to the apartment after a 230 mile journey the story changed and they were told to park elsewhere which was only for 3 hours maximum (not helpful for an overnight stay). Before they stay our office had to send ID, fill in a lengthy check in form and go back and forth over email to find out what happens with key collection and drop off. The apartment itself was nice, but staff complained the showers weren't good. Overall I wouldn't book again as it seemed disorganised and parking was not explained to us correctly.

Efficient service, was met at property by KH homes staff. Apartment was as described, didn't take advantage of free parking as this would have been on street which isn't clear from the information available at time of booking. Extremely handy for the railway station but in a somewhat run down area.

The property was in a very convenient location close to the town centre. Property was clean and rooms were a great size. We had a query during our stay which was answered very promptly and communication was great. I highly recommend this property and will stay again.
