Excellent from start to finish, easy to use and property was excellent in both location & condition.

The apartment was neat, clean and tidy. Ideally located in the centre of the town. KH Homes were efficient and responded to our questions and requests timeously. The apartment was the perfect size for the three of us. Thank you for our stay in Maidstone.

Just Absolutely incompetent staff was a let down, accused us of smoking in the apartment even when you are a non smoker. Asked for evidence and they failed to provide it. I believe it was a completely different apartment but hey still up to them to investigate thorough before accusing guests.
No apology either from them that they made a mistake.

Excellent property and fantastic view. Lovely and clean. Staff helpful and quick to reply to any questions. Cannot fault anything about them. 100% reccomend book with confidence.

The apartment was clean, central and spacious. Finding it in the dark was tricky, though, as the only entrance is at the back (in a one-way system) and not clearly marked. More importantly, it was cold when I arrived and no hot water (in January). I followed the written instructions and turned up the thermostat (from zero) but no better by morning. When I called to complain they did send a pleasant maintenance man, although it took him a good hour to fix it. Odd annoyances - no desk light or bedside light; no coffee pot, salt & pepper, loo roll holder; someone else's towels abandoned in the washing machine. Common parts dirty and smelled strongly of smoke, so slightly intimidating.

Very poor experience. After being told I could not book through them on Airbnb at their Gillingham flat due to no reviews (I had just started using the app) I was told I could book through them directly if I paid a 250 pound deposit.

When arriving, I was told I had to pick up the keys from a different location. This was 17 minutes drive there and back from where I had to pick up the keys to the actual location.

I was then told there was parking for a second car across the road which was not true as it was all “permit only” parking - which ended up with me paying a 20 pound private car spot.

Finally, we asked for a later check-out from 10am to 11am in advance (very normal) and we were told we had to pay an extra 50 pounds for that additional hour (informed me this after I could not cancel). You can tell this isn’t a family friendly run. I do not think they should be in Airbnb.

The accommodation was of a good standard and the booking process went smoothly. But despite reminding 3 times, the deposit has not been refunded 13 days after departure and the rating reflects this serious failure.

The very next day after posting, the deposit was refunded.

Really lovely apartment, exactly as described! Super clean and comfy, peaceful area near to a supermarket and nice places to walk with kids

My family and I had a really comfortable stay at the apartment. It was airy and light, with great amenities.

I booked this appointment for a Christmas break with my best friends. The flat was good, nice view from the balcony and presentation was great. We had problems locating the flat initially as there were so many buildings, but once settled we had fun.

The property was lovely. Exactly what I expected! Check in was a nightmare. Finding the property was a nightmare. These guys need to have better instructions on where to find the key safe, and have a phone number that is actually answered. But when all that was resolved it really was a lovely place

Great stay, exactly suited our needs. Very comfortable and clean.

Very nice apartment. A bit of a nuisance on getting keys as they are relocate off site about a 10 minute walk away. Otherwise recommend stay.

The room very convenience but the heater in the room is not working while I’m staying.

Property was clean and well furnished. Would use again.
