It was marginably ok as venue and below average customer management...
Well the person that turned up to hand over the keys was appently not on her patch - whatever that means? not the brightest. Did not know who we were and drifted around the meeting point looking for lord knows what then she got lucky. Being bright we had worked it out so having handed over the key she was now redundant and in the 'customer care' left a lot to be desire and possibly alternative employment as a street entertainer.
The flat itself was fine it had the touch of 'eastern European' taste in bling (we have seen worse) but brearable as the whole point was the view and NOT the noise from the dockyard that clearly shut at 19:00 (that's 7pm fo those that can't work it out.
The people with restricted access to the English language on the end of the phone were just that a pain to undersatnd and I really did not thave time run a basic course in communications.
All in all an intersting experience not likely to be repeated since this was a one off trip and should we decide to come back there are other place that don't require a linguistics degree or a being partialy sighted for decor.

The place was okay and quite quiet for being so close to the station, a bit different to what is shown on the pictures. However cutlery etc in the drawers wasn’t clean, there was an awful smell in the kitchen, dining table chair was broken and saw on a review it had been reported months ago, bed sheets were ripped. There is also no parking available on premises as it states on air b n b, which was really frustrating as parking around the place was a nightmare.
Wonderful place!
Was a wonderful weekend, everything is to a high standard and very spacious, only thing is, it was a little problematic to get hold of someone during the stay, it could be made easier to get hold of someone. Apart from that, I definitely recommend this lovely place.
Absolutely diabolical customer service
Where do I start?
1. The form that get you to complete online is not mobile or Apple-enabled!
2. They don’t tell you you have to go elsewhere to get the keys until you complete the booking.
3. The key collection instructions tell you to get the key from a lockbox at the back of a property. In the dark there’s no visible indication of the property.
4. The key collection instructions were wrong - the lockbox was empty.
5. Nobody answers the phone when there’s a problem with collecting the keys.
6. The flat itself was very difficult to find - no instructions on how to get to the car park for the flat.
7. The car parking space is below ground and it’s restricted height access - about 5’8’’. We couldn’t get an SUV in the car park. There is no mention of this in the property description.
8. The owner of KH Homes told us to park in the public car park 1/2 a mile away!
9. We never got to see the property so no idea what it’s like.
10. It took two weeks to get a refund!
I would not book a property manager by this company. If I owned the property I would get someone else to manage it.
Great place and management
Worst customer service I have ever had...
Worst customer service I have ever received. No one turned up to give us a key after insisting we arrive bang on 4pm, and I received a text after 20 minutes of waiting to go and pick the key up from a location 30 minutes away. I called the business number and the woman kept me on hold for 50 minutes without any resolution, apparently on the phone to head office trying to locate a staff member in the area to bring us the key. They stopped responding to me so I had to call from my partners number to tell them I wanted a refund and that I'd find a hotel to stay at elsewhere. Someone called me back about an hour later to tell me it was a 'Covid shutdown', which I expect was the excuse they came up with after scrambling to find a reason for this awful service. I asked the person on the phone if the location they wanted us to initially collect the key had an infected person at it, to which she laughed and said she didn't know. Don't waste your time with these jokers!

Great Apartment
Thé Apartment was perfect, great location very clean, just had an issue with the toilet . The problem was reported however no plumber arrived during our stay.
No bedding and awful response
There was no bedding provided for a guest. The guest had to sleep under a towel. After speaking with the firm they said we cannot offer a refund for that one person as they still chose to sleep in the house (it was a group of 5)

A great company to deal with. I contacted them with some non standard requests due to some uncertainty around my trip and they were more than happy to help. Communications were very good the property I rented was spotless and the refundable damage deposit was refunded within days. Highly recommended based on my recent experience

Me and my husband stayed at this apartment for my birthday. This apartment is well worth the money, it was immaculately clean , bedrooms were spacious the view from the balcony was beautiful at night Watching the boats go past. All equipment to cook was available fresh towels, cleaning products , hand sanitiser. We was very impressed and had a lovely evening. The local Asda is great a few minutes walk and your there added bonus is it’s a super store. We will definitely stay again and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanted to have a relaxed, Safe stay away. All covid requirements were met which was lovely! Thank you 😊

Deposit mixup, wrong keys, poor staffing
1) Charges double security deposit by mistake which made me worried
2) Got the wrong keys
3) The person who gave me the keys showed me the place of stay and it was in a poor state
4) I gave the keys back and tried to speak to her manager. She left with the keys before I got a chance to get back in.
5) I think with a team mate like, it spells disaster
The apartment was very clean
The apartment was very clean. It was equipped with necessary equipment. TV package was basic freeview. Contradictory note in apartment about where to park and where to leave parking permit. Would prefer to have mattress protection on all beds. Twin bed mattresses are poor quality and so soft that they gave no support so slept on sofa bed instead. Would benefit from having mugs in kitchen rather than small glass cups. Filling in of paperwork and proof of identity was onerous. Less than 48 hours before I was due to arrive, I had to telephone to find out how to gain access. The apartment has a good outlook and in good weather it will be pleasant sitting on the balcony watching the boats.

Unhelpful
Initially I found the service helpful, but then when I needed to be kept updated on the progress of the fault in the flat I rented, it went silent. I was left with a flat with no hob, so my whole reasoning for booking a flat over a hotel was wasted. I asked for a refund of one days rent (I also left a day early), but have since heard nothing. This was my first time renting via AirBnB and I’ll probably never do it again. At least with a hotel I could speak somebody and get a response, updates and either compensation or the matter solved during my stay. Very disappointed.
Great location
Although very close to Town Centre, a nice quiet secluded area, ideal to work from.
