Very Patient Great Service

Had a load of questions about a pair of Airmax 97's, all answered and they were very patient with me. Placed order then and recieved a tracking number the next day, unbelievable service.

Avoid kick headquarters

Ordered a pair of runners and 3 weeks later they still hadn't arrived. Emailed them four times and got no reply. Customer service doesn't exist. Got a refund a month later but no apology or explanation as to why I didn't get the runners. Definitely avoid this website

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!! I ordered a pair of trainers on the 29th of april sent them multiple emails not a single reply to any of them letting me know whats going on with my order and its been 16 days and still havent had any message telling me my order has been dispatched. Worst customer service i have ever come across

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. Wanted to get my nephew trainers as a gift and got the best advice on styles. Great quality products. Thanks, I will be shopping with Kick Headquarters again in the future

No trainers

I ordered a pair of trainers on the 20th December 2022, first message to this company to find out where the trainers were was given excuses about carrier offered my money back or said trainers which I opted for, three messages after that when the trainers still hadn’t been delivered were ignored, they didn’t even have the good Grace or decency to reply to my messages, had to contact bank and put it in their hands, will never use this company ever again and would advise others to do the same, disgusted with the lack of care for customers.

WASTE OF TIME, STAY WELL AWAY!!!

Partner ordered a pair of shoes as a Christmas present for myself at the start of January, assured before Christmas Eve delivery, 3 months later no shoes, they have stopped replying to emails/messages, at first they replied to the first 2 messages and seemed very apologetic and promised they shoes were in transit, don’t waste your time, biggest scammers out there.

KHQ Helping Bridge sellers to customers

Kicks headquarters reached out to me to source a pair of shoes for they’re customer who need my pair. Great communication between them and myself and made sure to stick to the agreement. Will be doing more business with them in future very organised and efficient service for all customers. Great site would recommend to anyone

I ordered a Nike Air max Plus Unity/ Berlin on the 7th December from KHQ to be delivered to my residence in Dublin, Ireland.
Since then I had a few queries with regard to the reference tracking number and estimated delivery date. All of my emails were answered most promptly and efficiently by the team each time.
The package was delivered within the stipulated delivery time of 2-10 days, in the midst of the Christmas season. The item is in pristine condition.
I would definitely recommend your site.

Poor quality

I was gifted a new pair of Nike tn which were uncomfortable to wear on one foot as the sole was not the right one for the shoe and there were loose threads on the tongue. I was hoping for an exchange or a refund as this is policy with bike for up to 2 years but said there was nothing they could do try wearing them to beak them in and snip the loose threads. I then contacted nike who wanted an invoice and I was promised one from kick but never received it and stopped replying to me. When nike got onto me they said that there not an official retailer of Nike products and nothing I can do. So down 190 and a pair of runners I cant wear

Thank you for the feedback, sorry to hear you find the trainers uncomfortable. We always have and strictly only deal with authentic trainers and clothing. Given the volume of production by Nike, small manufacturing errors may seldom be found however nothing we would deem unacceptable to send to a customer. As these trainers have been worn threading is an inherent risk dependent on use.

Our returns policy provides the client with the opportunity to return the trainers within 14 days provided they are in unworn, brand new condition. Our returns policy does not offer returns for up to two years.

We apologise for any confusion in regards to this however we are not a subsidiary of the Nike brand and operate as our own separate retail entity. This means we also have our own terms & conditions and returns policy which may be read here:

Great Customer Service

Bought a pair of Jordan 4s had great experience from start to finish. The support was fantastic and had great dealings with the person handling my order. Would definitely recommend. Seamless experience with great tech used.

I really like the quality of the shoes its nearly Christmas and its busy so if anyone is waiting on there shoes don’t worry give them a chance it’s very busy now especially now that’s first Christmas without covid being around more thanks a million for the reply’s too.

Read before you purchase

As with all the other reviews I am having the exact same problem with this unprofessional so called business. This place is quick to respond to negative feedback other than private emails from customers. So,kick headquarters respond to this.. why is it your quick enough to take consumers money but not to deliver their purchases??? Your registered business is a house based in cork, not an actual shop. your website is on the Humm finance platform taking money from Humm and then the customer is left paying for no purchase received. I strongly suggest that any orders you have received you A. Post out immediately to all customers or B. Refund all customers immediately. Humm finance have been notified of the behaviour of your business, also the commissioner of revenue Ireland and the consumer protection commission. If your a legit company, you have broken customer protection laws already. If fraudulent then the Garda will be brought to the attention of you. To all the people who have paid for a purchase from this sham of a company and not received their order or a proper email from them, please make a complaint to the consumer protection commission.

Our delivery times are stated on the website and should there be any issue with your delivery, our team will liaise and prioritise the resolution of any order in which there is a delay.

All orders are processed as standard irrespective of payment type and no customer is ever left without their item(s). In the case of cancellation a full refund would be issued within 2-5 business days and returned via the original payment method.
