I ordered on the 14/10/22 and still…

I ordered on the 14/10/22 and still have not received my order. I have emailed loads of times and got very little response from them it's states 2-10 days for delivery well that's not true at all very disappointing and very poor customer service.

Ordered a pair of 95’s for £170

Ordered a pair of 95’s for £170, got a order confirmation 2 days after, usually companies will send it 3 minuets later, waited 9 days with no further emails, I then reached out via email and Instagram with no response, finally had a email saying they were sorry and would update me later that day with tracking number and they never did, it’s been a further 8 days and countless more emails to them and messages via Instagram and they are clearly just ignoring, it’s just blatant theft and will be informing the bank

Disappointed

Wrote a review cuz no replies. Once again company hasn't gotten back to me.. I asked for tracking number. They provided me with one as only label created to shut me up.. still no sign of runners as promised..
NOT A LOYAL COMPANY is what I can say so far.

Delivery was supposed to be 10 days. Should arrive this week but didn't not even dispatched.

I don't recommend this company to anyone so far unless you want to be dissapointed.

I'm looking for a refund so well see if I get any reply or I'll have to take this further.

I have had a pair of Nikes on order…

I have had a pair of Nikes on order since the end of July /beginning of August. I was told to expect them around 25/26 August, I've not heard anything back even though I have emailed them many many times.

I would say avoid sadly.

slight problem with my shoes 😊

The shoes are nice but on the box and a shoe it said $170 and I had to pay $335 I’m confused on why and I got them in my size but it’s tight I’m really confused and You guys don’t do refunds so it’s also annoying haha

I hope you are doing well, the price of €170 you are seeing on the box is in '€', due to shipping costs of €50 to NZ/Australia the total cost of the order would have been €230/$335 based on the current conversion rate. Hopefully this clarifies the confusion with regards to the pricing.
This should also have been calculated for you at the checkout prior to purchase.

Sold a pair to them

Sold a pair to them. Payment was sent fast and they kept in contact the whole time and kept me updated until they had received. Would definitely buy from them in the future.

AM95 Dark Beetroot

Ordered the AM95 dark beetroot and couldn’t be happier with the service. The guys responded to me straight away via email when I had a query regarding the tracking ref and sorted it out there and then. Definitely be ordering again. Thanks guys

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Having an absolutely awful experience with this company. Ordered a pair of trainers back in early march then waited 4 weeks to be told my orders cancelled because the shoes are ‘out of stock’ even though when I emailed after 3 weeks to ask where they were they said they’d still get them sent out to me. So they gave me a refund and a gift voucher for the inconvenience. I thought I’d give them another chance so I then used that gift voucher for another pair of trainers 3 MONTHS AGO and still haven’t received my order. They replied to one of my emails in April to say they would ‘sort the tracking number out for me tomorrow’ but obviously didn’t, that’s the last message I’ve had from them it’s literally July now and arent replying to my emails/ instagram dms. I don’t get what is so hard to send the item I’ve paid alot of money for especially when their website states delivery within 10 working days? I wish I went directly to nike instead I would of had the trainers I wanted first of all in a few days. Absolutely rubbish customer service buy from BETTER companies who actually care for their customers👍

I can see they are replying to peoples reviews on trust pilot from yesterday but they can’t reply to my email I sent on monday?🤦🏻‍♂️Will be reporting this company if it’s not sorted by next week but I should of ages ago

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs.

Ordered trainers on the 11th June and after multiple emails and social media messages asking where they where two weeks after ordering I received an email back telling me they where out of stock and they would refund or issue a voucher for another item. I asked for a refund to be issued. I know it takes several working days to reply as they have previously stated on reviews on this. It’s now four working days and I have sent a second email asking for a refund which has been ignored.

Please save yourself the hassle and grief and avoid this company cause it’s really looking like a scam website now.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. I had an issue collecting my trainers from the post office in time so they were returned to them and they sent them back out to me straight away. They stayed in contact the whole time and have been really reassuring and helpful. Would highly recommend using this company
