Literally fuming, paid for chess set in October!! Keep getting emails, sorry out of stock it’s on its way. Utterly disgusting , please stop this company advertising , I’m a pensioner and can ill afford losing this money

If there was an option for ZERO stars that's what my rating would be. Complete scam company, same automated reply when e mails are sent stating they are out of stock but will send in the next few days!!! But nothing ever arrives. Avoid these scammers ,you will lose your money and will not receive any goods!!

I ordered an item 2 months ago and have not received it! After numerous emails I have received a couple of responses saying that demand exceeds stock! I have asked for a refund but this has not happened. Please avoid this so called company!

This conpany is a fraud
They take your money and not deliver the goods.

I've been waiting over six weeks for my order. I received two emails a few weeks ago apologising for the delay and explaining that they were a new company and were struggling with stock but were expecting more in shortly. They've now stopped answering my emails. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered.
Now been waiting 2 months for my order and although they are replying to my emails the are obviously generic ones as each says the same thing. "sorry for the delay we ran out of stock your order will be sent in a couple of days"

I've had exactly the same experience as all other reviewers. It's a total scam

Ordered item £48.85 on 1st October. Sent me fake tracking number. No response to emails. What makes it worst is that Barclaycard are not interested. I thought you had protection when purchasing using a Credit Card. They told me to go to the Police. Avoid this company.

Dont buy from this company.Ordered potty ladder for grandaughters way back 18th sept .Never turned up.Sent endless emails .firstly made excuse that it was a popular item.Now totally ignoring emails.Even quoted there own terms and conditions of refund after 60 days.Still nothing.Please dont waste money as I have ,25.99 down the drain

I ordered the light up caterpillar in beginning of October and still have not received it.

I have emailed 6 times now to be sent the standard email there a new company etc

I have asked for a refund but nothing

I would advise people not to buy from this company as I think there a con.

I am now seeking legal advice

BEWARE OF THIS Company

Wish I had read these reviews before placing my order, which I am still waiting for! My chase emails have been replied to with a standard out of stock email yet they are still selling the item on Facebook. Facebook needs to stop the company using their platform to hoodwink customers into thinking this is a bono fide company.

Placed an order 23 Sept and to date I have not received any item despite several emails . I wish I had read the reviews before bothering with this company . Terrible service .

Product turned up but not what was ordered. Email asking how to resolve goes unanswered. Given the numerous reviews here, where products have not been received, I would certainly think twice before placing an order.

I ordered a product on 24th October 2023 still no item and still no reply to emails or Instagram messages I just wish I would have read these reviews but silly me thinking's it a UK company it would be reliable PLEASE REPORT THIS COMPANY

Placed an order on 8/10/23 that I never received. False tracking information. Sent numerous emails regarding my order.

Never received my order. I have emailed them numerous times have not had one reply. Do not order from this company they are rogues.

Wish I had read reviews first. The toy I paid for is on sale but they haven't even sent the item to me . I paid last month . They said its out of stock , so why put it on the website ?
