Never received it just get an automated email when I ask where it is to say they’ve ran out of stock and will send in next 2 days will never order anything from a company on Facebook again it’s about time Facebook checked reviews and not let these company’s advertise on there 2nd time this has happened stick to eBay or Amazon

Scam company. Take your money and do not deliver. Contact Paypal who will refund you for items not received under their policy.

Should have read the reviews first, order not received, take your money then send e mails to say order shipped but it never arrives, do not order from this company

Am still waiting for my parcel it's been 4 weeks it's all a con will be letting everyone no. I want my money back

Do not order from this company. This company is not real and it will not send you your goods. My mum ordered over three weeks ago and spent £40. They sent her a tracking number and even asked her to review an item that she didn’t receive. When emailing the contact of service she got the same response each time she emailed. this website is a con and they seem to have another similar website available in America which is called kiddies adventure US. I noticed on Instagram that is the only other company they’re following and they are exactly the same. Im unsure how this company will get stopped but please do not order from them.

DISGUSTING COMPANY.
They take your order/money, send fake tracking numbers and when you email, send you the same automated reply back every time. Order goods 5th October, money taken 6th, tracking number supplied. Shipping notification on 14th, but tracking number invalid. Still no goods. This company needs stopped.

I Placed my order on the 9th October and I’m still waiting for item to arrive I’ve emailed this company numerous time with the same response that they keep fobbing people of with and to top it all they’ve even emailed me twice to review my Order that I’ve not received. This company needs to be reported asap they keeps taking peoples money and not producing the goods

Placed an order on 6th October. Chased on 11th and 12th October. Was advised on 14th October order was on its way. Chased again on 25th October. Got a standard reply with no delivery date. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Order placed 3rd October for over £50, still waiting for items. Have had email to say items have been dispatched but QR code to check on tracking doesn't work. Not impressed.

I placed my order 28 September. I'm still waiting for delivery. I emailed them on the 16th of October but no reply, although my order status changed to 'dispatched' when you try to view the tracking info it isn't there. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Paid £35 for an item. Didn't arrive. Received emails telling us that we had to pay taxes of Euro 1.80 for the package to be released. Went through the payment process. Noticed on the Dual Factor Authentication from SafeKey that Euro 1.80 had become Euro 1,359.26. Don't touch this company.

Ordered from this website they took my money and haven’t received my item! No confirmation and have messaged them 3 times and haven’t had a reply. Will now be taking this further

I placed a order on the 5thoct2023 they took my money of £17.49 out of my bank on the 6th Oct 2023 and I have never received my order I keep getting e-mails saying its getting dispatch on its way which is all lies this is now 23th Oct 2023 and still have not got my order it was for my grandson so disappointed.
