Took all my money never sent my item in…

Took all my money never sent my item in this case was a £260 bed for my child, stay well away. I even paid through clearpay so you'd think it would be safe, but no they are usless and say the money when straight to kidsco nothing they can do.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!

Pretty much the same as everyone else! If I could give zero stars I would because they do not deserve it! Absolutely disgusting company, after a whole 2 months finally got a refund! I had to threaten them with small claims Court and going to the newspapers and surprise surprise after that email I got email saying it was being processed and money went into my bank today! So don’t give up!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely awful service and company, order did not arrive in time for Christmas despite emails saying it would and then no response to emails asking for a refund. Do not purchase anything from this site!!!

Do not order from this company!

I ordered a desk before Christmas, I received an email acknowledgment….and that’s about it. I’m understanding in the fact there may be some delays over festive period, however kindly requesting an indication of delivery period after 2 weeks and either being ignored or told ‘the team is working on your order and will be in touch’.

I’ve cancelled my order over a week ago and still not heard a thing. I’ve been ringing the phone number daily, emailing, tried live chats but not getting through. Terrible experience and unfortunately left me with no other choice but to take legal action to get my money back. Don’t trust this company, I have never experienced such poor service and can only warn anyone not to order from them.

Do NOT buy from this Company-SCAM ALERT!!

I ordered 2 x Huffy Green Machine Vortex 12v for my granddaughters Christmas gifts on 07 Dec 2022 and promptly received an order confirmation and tracking link, the expected delivery date on the site was 3-5 working days. I checked the tracking link every day for a week and it never updated. I then started to look for reviews as I was getting worried when my anticipated delivery date came and went, I found these reviews on Trustpilot and alarm bells started to ring, I contacted the supplier and was sent a stock email saying don't worry your order would be displatechd in time for Christmas, on the 22 December nothing had changed on the tracking site so I made the decision to cancel my order and source the items from Amazon(why didn't I do that in the first place as they came the following day.)

I received no confirmation from KIDSCO that my cancellation had been received but my tracking number was now gone so I assumed they had canceled my order.

On the 05th Jan I finally received confirmation of cancellation and a refund request form.

I completed this on the 10th Jan(I hadn't spotted it sooner) and received an immediate response to say I could expect my refund in 7 working days from receipt of the returned goods, I had never received any goods so I waited, 7 days passed and no refund arrived in my bank, it's now 16 days later and still no refund so I have had to call my bank and raise a dispute and I have no guarantee I will ever get my £319.98 back.

Buyer beware if had I raised the dispute before I had given the supplier a chance to cancel the order or complete the refund request the dispute fails automatically and you cannot raise a second dispute so I would have had to raise a private small claims dispute at my own expense, these scammers leave everything to the last day before they respond in the hope that you raise the dispute with your bank too soon and then they have got you by the short and curlies.

The day after I disputed the payment with my bank I received an email and a refund, only took the bank to intervene and 43 days from cancellation for me to get my money back, that efficiency for you!!

It would not surprise me in the least if the positive reviews on trustpilot for this company were put on by friends or family of the company themselves.

Do not order anything from this company!!!! Scam

Ordered a bike for my son for Christmas, it arrived the day before Christmas and was faulty. I was unable to put it together because the frame was bent. I have sent emails for a return and I have tried to call with no answers. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I will be taking them to court for my money.

I placed an order on 6th December for an Xrocker desk and I’ve had nothing, no one answering the phone, the same rubbish recorded message and one email saying they are dealing with it, after numerous of my unanswered emails, I’m so annoyed, I don’t have this kind of money to give to fraudsters!!

Don’t let them win

Don’t give up, I hounded them, called, emailed and live chatted and I got my money back. Keep the live chat open and constantly message them. Threaten with trading standards and the police, they do give it back. It took me about a week of hounding.

I have had the same experience as most of you here. I am not quitting until I get my money back. The company is registered under Click Retail Group Ltd T/A KidsCO.co.uk, and the company director is Mr William John Armstrong. To take your queries to small claims court it will cost around £35 for anything under £300. I have given them 5 working days to respond and give me my refund.

I too have had the same problem

I too have had the same problem. Ordered a bike for my grandson on the 4th of December through Clearpay. Never arrived. Had to order one last minute from somewhere else as they were not answering my emails and now they are not answering their phone either. Awful to treat people like this. I don’t have much money as it is. I still haven’t had my money back either

Awful company

Awful company. Ordered on the 2nd of December. Plenty time for Christmas delivery. Lie after lie about delivery. Told me 2 weeks ago they’d refund me. Still waiting. Don’t answer their phone just a recorded message saying they’re dealing with the post Christmas rush.

Don’t order a thing from them.

Issue resolved eventually

I ordered from this website on the 6th of January. Like everyone else, no dispatch, no information. I emailed twice politely asking for tracking. Both times they said they’ll get it to me. The 18th, I had emailed again. No response. I emailed their company more than a dozen times in one day, I opened a dispute on Clearpay (how I paid), I phoned my bank, I got in touch with Trading Standards, I phoned the retail park they are in or close to and demanded I wanted to speak to them immediately and then my next action was getting the police involved. I tried the live chat and actually got through to someone. The man phoned me straight away and he apologised for the delay and poor communication on their part. I got my money refunded immediately by him. He also did say he could provide me tracking. If this company owes you money, keep going at them to get it back. He informed me they are quite delayed with Christmas orders. I couldn’t fault the man on the phone as he did resolve the issue immediately for me. Their customer service is poor currently but will hopefully improve. Please get your item or money back if you’re owed it. Overall all a not great experience but my issue was resolved in 10 minutes and I got my money back. He did offer me a discount for any future purchases which was kind for the hassle caused.

Failure to refund - still waiting for my money back

I ordered this item in December more than two weeks before Christmas and it was eventually delivered but too late to give recipient. I did not open the package and returned it recorded delivery. The company have acknowledged my refund request but as yet have failed to refund me my money despite promising I would receive my refund within 7 days.

DONT PURCHASE! DONT RISK IT

I made my purchase in December, it was due a week later! Little did I know the tracking company returned it back to Kidsco because the item was too big. They didn’t provide a refund and in the meantime has been saying they’ll discuss with the delivery company to find out where my parcel is? They even gave me the return address for the item that they have! DONT DO IT! They’re not trust worthy! Thank god for payment protection with the bank! They’re fraudulent!
