Worst Experiance - Do not order from this company!!

Worst experience I have ever Experianced.
I ordered a bike for my sons Christmas present 17th Nov 22. I didn’t receive the order confirmation until 23rd Nov. I was a little worried but assumed as it was close to Christmas they were busy so gave them benefit of the doubt.
29/11 I had an email saying my shipment was on the way.
Hadn’t received anything so I sent an email 6/12. I tried calling, emailing no response.
I then had an email saying the bike was at the shop just waiting to be picked up by the delivery company.
Again I waited, getting abit panicky as Xmas was approaching.
I then had an email saying all delivery’s would be sent out/delivered by Thursday 22nd.
As the bike didn’t arrive for Xmas ( has never been received) my son didn’t have a bike at Xmas. I didn’t have the money to buy another one in time.
It’s so heartbreaking to know your son is going to be disappointed at Christmas.
I have tried to call a number of times, no one picks up. I have sent numerous emails since Xmas no one replies.

Do not use this company! Scammers!

Do not use this company! Scammers!!!
Ordered an Xrocker cube cabinet for £99.
No tracking, no item delivered. They do not answer the phone or emails. I have managed to talk to them once on chat and they advised a refund will follow.
Obviously i have not had a refund or received the item.
I do not believe this company exist.

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company. Order a bike for my son on the 28th of November. Still no sign of the bike.. took them a month to send me over a refund form which I have since filled out. Upon filling out the form I am still waiting for the refund, nobody answers the phone either! The only reply I get back is “I’ll forward it to our accounts department”. How long does it take to process a refund for something I ordered 8 weeks ago? This place should be shut down and the police should be dealing with these people. Taking peoples money clearly with no intent on returning it!

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. I’m in the same boat as pretty much everyone else here. Play kitchen eventually turned up on the 28th December despite the false promises of a pre Christmas delivery. It has since been sent back and received by Kidsco. Heard absolutely nothing. No one answers the phone, no one answers my emails. No refund. Shambles of a company, you should be ashamed of yourselves treating customers this way, especially those buying for children. Shame on you.

Scammed

Absolutely ashamed that I have deprived my children if their main Christmas present because of the way we have been treated by this company,we had no deliveries as promised for two bikes before Christmas,one bike delivered on the 28th of December,and now we are waiting for an answer for where my daughters bike is,they have not responded to any of my wife’s emails,it’s now nearly half way through January!,you are clearly not capable of doing what you said you could deliver before Christmas,the amount of people you have ruined their time with their children is absolutely disgusting,this needs to be escalated,you should not be able to get away with this.

Issue resolved- thank you!

After excellent communication from Kidsco in a phone call my issue has been sorted and I would like thank them for letting me know what happened and how the error was made, definitely not a scam website like I thought, just mixed wires! Son is happy with his bike! And I’m now really happy with the service since speaking with them!

Pathetic

Its pathetic I ordered on. The11th december promised bike before Xmas and it didn't come . No reply ro emails . It turned up weeks after Xmas and was sent back yet no refund yet its a absolute joke

0 should be an option!

Update- I started ringing the business park daily, who could only ‘pass on a message’. I told them I would ring everyday until I got a call back… 3 days later they are refunding me. It’s 01228 564400
0 is not an option, otherwise I’d press this. Bed ordered for my sons birthday mid December. They’ve switched their phones off, do not respond to chat options. Emails are automated. I have finally been send a refund form. No apology. I’ve contacted the business park they are based at- the do appear to be a real company, just horrendous, awful. Obviously run by the most deplorable, uncaring people. If you can’t deliver- don’t promise! Seems they ruined a lot of kids Christmas. give us our money back.

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS A 0 RATING!! Absolutely disgusting service. Exactly like all the other reviews I ordered a bike for my son the first week in December with guaranteed Christmas delivery. Chased up two weeks later as I’d heard nothing since placing the order to receive a very reassuring automatic reply which again guaranteed delivery before Christmas they actually stated all orders would be delivered by end of 22nd. I had no tracking details I emailed again and got the same response and Xmas eve came and STILL no bike. It’s now 5th January and I’ve had no bike and no tracking and I’ve been trying to call/email the company every day to chase. FINALLY got a response yesterday with no apology for leaving my son without his bike on christmas morning just offering a refund. Had they not have been so certain the bike would arrive it would have given me a chance to source an alternative elsewhere to avoid the sheer disappointment on Christmas morning.

DO NOT USE this company

DO NOT USE this company. Ordered my sons bike on the 4th December, with them guaranteeing delivery within 3-5working days. Chased them on a number of occasions, with than promising delivery by Christmas. They were still advertising delivery by Christmas on the 17th December. Its now the 2nd of January and still no bike. Managed to speak to someone over chat on Wednesday as they closed the phone line. Once I asked for a refund they ignored my message and said we will send you a free gift and stopped replying to me 🤣 still no refund or bike. Stay Away!!!!

AVOID If i could give 0 i would.
ordered christmas present 17/11/22 plenty time for xmas delivery i enquired about product delivery first week in December to be told issues with delivery due to the strike but expect it over the weekend. as the week went on i became increasingly concerned regarding the delivery and ordered a replacement else where. still no order arrived from this company full of empty promises and guarantees but ultimately a complete let down and to think it was kids christmas presents they have no shame to ruin. would have appreciated a bit of honesty that they were unable to deliver rather than still promising on the 22nd of december my order was out for delivery.

Absolutely awful company

Absolutely awful company.
Ordered my 4 year old a bike in November, supposedly next day delivery available.
Thought brilliant, plenty of time for Christmas!
However that was far from it! After weeks of emailing, they kept telling me it would be here in time. 5 days before Christmas they send me a delivery email through dpd, dpd never received the item.
The day before Christmas Eve they sent another delivery note, this time through an overnight company apc, obviously this didn’t arrive until the 28th December.
All would have been okay by then, if they had actually sent me the right bike! I went to work, my husband put the bike together not knowing what it was supposed to be.. checked online and the one I ordered was now out of stock, however this bike wasn’t even sold on the website!! So god knows where it came from! No contact to tell me the bike he had asked for was out of stock, asked for a refund multiple times yet no response.
Now I have a 4 year old that’s been waiting for a bike, saw one was delivered and doesn’t understand why it’s not what he asked for but as he was excited to finally have a bike how can you now tell him, actually it’s not what I ordered and will have to take it apart to send back and HOPE to get it refunded? Not a chance!!

Honestly, save your money, time and stress.
DO NOT BUY FEOM THIS COMPANY!!

ZERO STARS FOR DAYLIGHT ROBBERY

AVOID!!!!!! Don't be fooled by the professional looking website! I don't know how those behind the company sleep at night in full knowledge they disappointed so many children on Christmas morning!! I bought a spiderman bike on 25th November whereby I was quoted 3-5 working days for delivery. As Christmas drew closer I tried contacting them several times...no joy on the phones or live chat and only generic email responses back telling me over and over not to panic, it will arrive in time for Christmas as they are delivering up until Christmas eve. Yep, they let us wait until the eleventh hour when it was too late to get a replacement before we knew for certain it was not going to arrive. Took me to file a dispute with the bank for a refund. No apology or anything!!! Scammers with no moral compass...

This company is an absolute joke

This company is an absolute joke. Full of promises and have no intentions of fulfilling them. A lot of us have come together on Facebook with the same experiences of using this “company”
Orders which were placed 4weeks before Christmas did not arrive in time and they couldn’t just be honest to say we wouldn’t be getting the items, they instead continue to promise that the item would be posted that week.
Shambles of a company.

Avoid at all costs, we were the same as most of you. Fake promises! Every email was the genetic response it will be with you this week. Never actually answering any of my questions.
Tried phoning but they were packing parcels. More lies I feel.
Placed the ordered on the 20/11 as a joint Birthday/Christmas present as times are so difficult at the moment. Can’t believe a company can put extra stress on customers and disappointing children at Christmas. Also changing their website 3 weeks before Christmas saying guarantee for Christmas. More Lies!!!

Initially very disappointed but item arrived

I wrote the previous review on Xmas Eve but the item arrived this week! I was shocked but it has arrived so I don’t believe it is a scam but the communication and delivery system is poor.

Same issue as everybody else. Ordered a Spider-Man bike in the 29/11 and never received before Xmas despite several emails back and forth saying it would 100% be delivered before Christmas.
The tracking info actually said it had been delivered on the 23/11 but it 100% hasn’t. I emailed straight away asking for a photograph but nothing received yet and the DPD number they have given doesn’t exist with DPD. Definitely a scam.

No bike…

Absolutely totally disappointed with this so called company. I have been let down without my sons main Christmas present I placed my order at the end of november and was promised delivery by this company on several occasions I have rang sent emails and everthing was promised delivery by today and now I am left with without my sons main christmas present I am literally crying writing this how could someone do this to people at such a magical time. I think there is going to be lots of upset children on Christmas day. Do not order from here please.
