No tracking info absolutely disgusting feel sorry for whoever ordered and expected it 24th dec!!! Scam business claimed money back from bank was giving to me straight away 5 mins after my claim! People claim your money back from bank’s seriously!!!

My wife ordered a huffy vortex on the 5 dec for xmas its now xmas eve and no delivery so we are going to have a very disappointed little boy and you've taken our money thanks for nothing you ripping off scammers.

Do not buy from this company. Ordered my sons present on the 3rd of December and was promised on several occasions it would be delivered in time for Christmas. I've checked on the tracking service and my parcel is somewhere in India at the moment. Tried to ring and all you get is an answerphone fobbing you off. They dont reply to emails either.

I received no updates of it being dispatched despite their website stating 3-5 days delivery. It’s now Christmas Eve and I’m still left with no bike for my little boy. I tried calling and email and also their live chat on numerous occasions but got a generic email back stating all orders will be delivered before Christmas. I feel now as it’s Christmas eve that my little boy most definitely won’t be getting his Christmas present

I had the same experience as many others with mail suggesting that the item I ordered in November would definitely be with me before Christmas etc. I’m sorry Kidsco but leaving things to the very last minute does not assist anybody. The majority of customers here have ordered well in advance to ensure the product will arrive in good time. I endorse also comments made that I hope you can learn lessons from this poor service and lack of useful communications. I doubt whether I will use you again as a result or recommend you to friends and family. Shame that’s how it is,but you’ve only yourselves to blame not anybody else. I’ve cancelled my order and purchased a similar item elsewhere as a result so fingers crossed I don’t have another issue being refunded.

I thought I would be leaving a negative review but it was turned around. I ordered a bike on 8th December and recieved it this morning just in time for Christmas as they promised. I think they bit off more than they could chew personally but they delivered their promise and got it to me by Friday. I have always been able to communicate via live chat and they have responded to me etc. I understand some people haven't received it but delays were inevitable this year due to strikes. Just glad they got it to me before Christmas as promised.

Ordered my sons bike 6th December so it would be here in time for Christmas as delivery stated 3-5 working days. After a week I emailed and asked where the order was to be told they were sorry and extremely busy and it would be with me the week after. Now 23rd December and still no bike!! I have emailed twice and no response and also tried phoning and there phone lines are off! My son now has no bike for Christmas! Such a disgrace. Not sure if these people are scammers or not. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!
Recipe for Disaster
Kidsco.co.uk at the beginning looked like a very good company. The customer service in the beginning was also good. The online chat worked with someone responding to me very quickly on 2 occasions answering my questions. Because of the price and payment options (i.e. clearpay) I purchased a bike on the 3rd of December. On the 8th I got a message to say it would be delivered on the 9th by DPD. It wasn’t but due to the mail strikes it was somewhat expected. I contacted customer services and they explained there were delays but to be rest assured that it would be delivered before Christmas. They sent a generic email around the 20th of December explaining they had to shut off their phone lines due to getting all orders out in time and that any orders that said they were processed would 100% be delivered in time. I was still worried as tracking did not update at all and DPD said they still hadn’t received the package. Up until the 22nd at midnight I heard no more. I was preparing mentally to explain to my 3 year old on Christmas day that I was getting her a bike but it would be a bit late. But, on the 22nd at midnight my tracking updated and DPD said they would be delivering today (23rd). At 7.30 this morning it said they would deliver between 8-9am and it was delivered at 8am! Bit of a nightmare experience overall and would only use again outside of Christmas and if the bike is in perfect condition (as tracking showed it came from the USA) when I open it later to build it in time for Christmas. I guess they couldn’t handle the amount of orders before Christmas, coupled with mail strikes, a slick website and lack of staff, it was a recipe for disaster. I hope others make it in time like mine as a lot of people on here haven’t yet.

Should be an option for zero stars. Complete and utter cowboy firm, ordered on the 3rd Dec. This tracking shows in s till in srilanka! On the 23 not a single email reply in over 15 days I've sent multiple going to have to make a claim with my bank avoid this place like the plague

Stay well away from this company, I ordered my daughters Christmas present on Dec 6th it said it was in stock and going to be delivered within that week. We still do not have the present 2 days before Xmas day and I have been told so many lies from this company who stated at one point it was out being delivered, they promised again and again it would get here for Xmas and yet still have no present and no delivery arranged. Comp and utter scam!!!

Dpd says have received my order but no parcel! 3 weeks later still nothing! In the end went through my bank and got my money back from them as evident these people are just scammers taking peoples money! And was pointless trying to get it back through them! Ordered a bike on 6th December. Told it would be delivered later that week. Here we are December 22nd and still not delivered despite communication from the company that it would be delivered by DPD by today. Will seek a charge back via the bank. Absolute scummy company, whether they're incompetent or scammers remains to be seen, either way order elsewhere.
