DO NOT USE - COMMUNICATION TERRIBLE

I ordered products on the 16th of november and still not here.
shocking communication and false advice given and to top it off the close their lines.

i was promised "it will be delivered next week" 3 weeks down the line its only just gone to DPD who will not be able to deliver before xmas now im just glad my kids are understandable.

avoid at all cost and go elsewhere

Shocking service

Ordered a bike on 2nd December for my son's Xmas present and heard nothing for 2 weeks- website stated 3-5 days for delivery. I receive notice I would have my order delivered on 12th December and it never arrived- they hadn't sent it to the courier. I contacted them to ask for an update and they said they would get back to me- they didn't. I then contacted them again to ask for an update and again was told I would be given updated tracking within 24 hours. Again this never happened and then my emails were ignored and they had turned the customer service phones off. After checking back on reviews I saw there were many of us in a similar position being left in despair just before Xmas. I believed this was a fraudulent website so request my order to be cancelled and contacted my bank.
Kidsco have ignored that request and contact from my bank and I have now received notice that the order will be delivered today!!
We managed to source the same bike from the manufacturer directly a week before Xmas! As we were in limbo waiting from communication from Kidsco and we're being ignored.
Absolutely shocking service and wouldn't use again. To make people worry that much over much needed and wanted Xmas presents just isn't ok.

Worst company AVOID DO NOT ORDER

Worst company AVOID DO NOT ORDER. I Ordered the Huffy Green Machine Vortex 12v Electric Ride On and it said instock and 3 to 5 day delivery but this was on the 5th of December and I contacted them on the 10th as my order hadn't moved. I was told it was awaiting courier to collect so I waited and waited and waited but on the 15th I started to wonder if it would ever arrive for Xmas. I seen all the reviews on Trust pilot and the panic set in. I contacted them again but got a generic response as can't talk to a human within the company so I luckily raised a dispute with my bank and got my Money back. This company will be lucky to exist next year if they are Genuinely a real company. It's Shocking that they will probably ruin alot of children's Xmas due to there incompetence and if there overwhelmed then don't promise what you can't deliver especially given 2 to 3 weeks to deliver and cant even deliver on your 3 to 5 day promise. Blacklist this company unless you want to give your kids bad news!!!!

Ordered and paid on 7/11 for a princess…

Ordered and paid on 7/11 for a princess caridge for my granddaughter £154.99 as a pre order item no reply’s by email and no answer on phone just says will be delivered by Christmas what a joke reported to my bank not holding much hope of getting it pay little extra and go a proper shop this company is a joke.
Well nothing I think these need reporting to trading standards all the people who have been let down should do this I will be after Christmas

Slow Delivery

I ordered two bikes on 1st December for Christmas., website stated 3-5 days delivery. Didn't hear anything for a week and after chasing I was sent a tracking number. This tracking number didn't move for 12 days. I was then sent a generic email two days ago saying all orders will be delivered by 23rd December. I have just received my order, both bikes as promised. I don't think they could cope with the sheer amount of orders which has caused people a lot of unnecessary stress at this time of year. Hopefully lessons will be learned for next year and they will improve their communication to their customers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Ordered a bike over 6 weeks ago for Christmas still waiting for it to be delivered!! No reply to emails and online chat, you get told it will be with you midweek only for it not to turn up, tracking updates never update!
This was a Christmas present purchased 6 weeks ago and still today hasn’t arrived!
Avoid at all costs !

I have emailed and called have had the same response no calls being taken emails received are generic stating all goods will be received by 22nd December. Obviously a fake business that needs stopping my grandson now has no Christmas present as a pensioner this time of year doednt have resources to Just go buy another from somewhere

Don't even deserve one star! SCAMMERS!

Its a shame to even give this company one star as they don't even deserve that!

I placed my order at the beginning of December and it is a bike for my child & This is well should I say was his main Christmas present! When I ordered it it stated on the website in stock and delivery within 3-5 working days! Over a week later I still hadn't heard any updates on my order. I emailed them and they said I would have tracking number within 24 hours. Later that afternoon I received my tracking number via DPD. I then received an email from dpd to say my parcel would be delivered the next day. I sat in all day waiting and nothing, checked the tracking and it stated they have my parcel details but haven't received it from kidsco! And this has how it's been ever since. I've tried calling the number on the website. Every single time it's an automated message to say that the phone lines are closed as they are preparing parcels to be sent out to customers (even when they are supposedly closed, it's still the same automated message?!).. Looking at all the reviews on here I actually wonder what the hell they are doing as it's certainly not sending parcels! I emailed the other day to ask what was happening and was told they would look into and get back to me as soon as possible.. I never heard anything back. I have received an update today after sending an email stating I want a refund on my money. The email states that they are working oh so very hard 🤨 to get all parcels out and it will definitely be here by Friday 23rd but alas my dpd tracking number still says they haven't received my parcel from kidsco!

CLEARLY SCAMMING PEOPLE

I ordered my sons main Christmas present from them on the 1st of December. The website states 3 to 5 working days delivery, by the 10th of December I still didn’t receive anything not even an email saying it was dispatched so I tried to call them but they have left the phones on answer machine, I tried to email them and received a response the next day stating my item would be with me by the end of the week so I waited again and guess what?… no item, I tried to call again, this time the phone lines were switched off, I tried to email, but no one replied and I tried the online chat and again no one replies. they have left me with four working days till Christmas to try and find a replacement. Also because of the lack of response you can’t get a refund from them and have to go through your bank. The registered address on companies house comes back as something different (an accountants office) it’s all very suspicious and they have caused so much stress. Thanks a lot!!!

Room for improvement

Slow in dispatching however gift arrived just before Christmas as promised. Room for improvement but might be better after the Christmas rush. Hopefully lessons will be learnt for next time

Scam company, avoid!!!

Echoing what everyone has said. We ordered a bike for our sons Christmas present, were sent tracking number a couple of days later. Everytime I check the tracking number DPD have not even recieved the parcel.
Have sent numerous emails to the company, firstly met with lies - it will be with you midweek, will be with you by beginning of next week, tracking number should update within 24hours etc.
Now they are just ignoring me and my requests for a refund. Impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone or live chat (which closes at midday without any 'agents' replying!)
Do not order from them!
Edited to add that the bike was eventually delivered on Christmas Eve, at which point we had already purchased a bike from another company with express delivery and arrived within the promised time frame (given that a spiderman bike was the only thing my son had asked Santa for this was necessary to avoid a very distressed 3year old on Christmas morning!)
We are now having trouble getting Kidsco to respond to our requests for a return/refund!

AVOID AT ALL COST. Shocking customer service!!

Shocking customer service!!

Placed an order on the 28th November for a play kitchen for my daughter. Website states free delivery between 3-5 working days. 2 weeks in, no sign of my order. Emailed to see where my order was, got a reply after 2 days saying to expect my order middle of the week. Again, no order. A week has past since then, nothing. Tracked my order which is with parcelforce, says that it is in transit in Carlisle which has been flagging up for at least a week now with no progression. I've emailed them again to ask where my order was and will it be deliver in time for Christmas - if not, I would like my order to be cancelled and issued with a refund. I haven't had a reply yet, numerous times I've rang their number in between emailing only to be greeted with a automatic voicemail explaining they're taking no calls as they're busy getting orders ready in time for Christmas and to email them instead. I've also asked to speak with an agent on their website, however no reply still. I have noticed that they've put a message up saying all orders placed prior and before 18th December will be received in time for Christmas but I can't trust this when they've told me my order should of been with me middle of last week. 5 days before Christmas and my daughter is left without her main present, I am fuming but glad I didn't place any other orders for my boys. Communication is absolutely shocking. I have now rang and asked the bank for a dispute but this can take between 6-8 weeks. Got the evidence there, so just the waiting game now. Will not be using this company again, absolutely ridiculous!!

Added stress you don't need

Avoid, can't handle orders or customers effectively. I ordered 26/11/22 with a 3-5 day delivery promise. Over 3 weeks later and 2 false promises I requested a refund. 2 man band with zero skills. I gave the startups a chance but you don't need to.

Disgusting scum artists

Disgusting people who run this "company". They have many companies under different names, but with differing address like Essex, lake District and so on.

They come top of Google searches which is a paid for service. They are cheaper than everyone else. They literally just take your money and never contact you again and have no intention to send the item.

Phone lines are closed "because they are busy sending out your orders" say the cockney voice on the answerphone.

If you are fortunate to get a response via email they will tell you it is picked, packaged and ready to go and awaiting collection by a carrier.

They have my money so I can't buy my son his main present which was £600 from these guys. They won't respond so we just have to wait until the credit card manages to get our money back from these scum artists.

Literally set up to steal money and ruin children's birthdays and Christmases. No conscious at all

We bought a child’s bike for daughter for Christmas on November 21st , it was advertised as in stock and delivery within 3 days, WE STILL HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING !! their phone number goes straight to an answer machine message !! Absolutely shocking, I dread to think how many Christmas’s will be spoilt by this fake company !!!
