DO NOT USE THIS “COMPANY”lies lies lies and false promises. Ordered electric buggy on 20th November which was in stock for 3-5 days delivery. It was marked as dispatched and we got a tracking number straight away, but nothing was sent. We complained and got an email saying it would be there that week-LIES. Next week, the same thing more LIES. After 3 weeks they disconnected their phone lines so you can’t call them.
Don’t wait for them to sort a refund or get in touch, go to your bank and get your money back directly. These con artists are trading in misery this Christmas. Oh, and as of Friday 16th December are STILL trading and promising Christmas delivery. Google ADS should be ashamed for promoting them.

I ordered my daughter’s main Christmas present from this website in mid November which was detailed as in stock and would be delivered in a matter of days. It’s now 16th December and my parcel is stuck in Germany. I have contacted Kidsco numerous times via email (the phone number detailed is a recorded message with no one answering!) and had no response in the last week. They have not returned my £220! And I have no goods. They have essentially stolen £220 from me! I had saved this money for my daughter’s Christmas present and I’m so disappointed she firstly won’t get it and secondly have been robbed of my hard earned money.
So sad people can do this to others.

Shocking company , order placed for little boys Christmas present a bike on 23rd November .. received email saying dispatched on 29/11 .. no bike has arrived.. numerous contact made , filled with lies such as … you’ll receive tracking tonight or in the morning, or their waiting for a list of deliveries sent out from their warehouse .. other replies saying they’ll get back to me asap and never do ! Can’t speak to anyone on the phone automated message claiming there getting orders out for delivery 🤣.. clearly not mine!! Asked for refund on numerous occasions and ignored, luckily disputed this via my bank and received refund from them right away .. DO NOT USE KIDSCo

Originally ordered a bike from KidsCo on 30-11-22 which was supposed to be our daughter's main present for Christmas. After not receiving an update for over a week I chased the company and received a response the next day to say there were some delays as the "carriers suspended collections UK wide leading to some shipping delays". I received an email a few days later to say my order was dispatched and I even received an email from DPD to say that my order was out for delivery (this was on 09-12-22) however I never received a timeslot for the delivery and when I checked with DPD they were still awaiting my package from the supplier. I've tried chasing KidsCo customer service 3 times this week but I'm getting no response via email. I also tried calling the number on their website but I just get an automated message and then the line cuts off. I have also tried using the live chat on their website but no one responded to me.
I've emailed them asking to cancel and refund my order today but I'm not sure if I'll get a response. I'm also having to try and get another bike from another retailer now. I'm not happy and won't be using KidsCo ever again.
UPDATE:
I received the bike on the 23rd December - well after the date I was promised and with no communication from KidsCo that the order was going to be delivered on this date (making it tricky to hide it from our daughter as it was a Christmas present). I had already emailed them to cancel and refund my order however so now I'm in the process of trying to get it sent back and refunded which isn't proving to be a great experience either - very poor customer service!
Don’t let this company spoil your Christmas, they will lie and let you down.
Ordered a bike for our granddaughter on 03/12/22, it was in stock and delivery would be 3-5 days. A couple of days later I got an email saying it was on its way and a tracking number, also got an email from DPD saying it would be delivered that day….it wasn’t. I checked to tracking number which says they’ve not received the item from the sender Kidsco. Had a couple of lame excuses and still nothing.
I can reclaim my money through my credit card company but our granddaughter will probably now be left disappointed this Christmas.
Avoid at all costs.
Update: now not getting any communications from them, have asked for a refund but think I’ll end up using Section 75 of the consumer credit act to get my money back.
Edit: After 2 months of being messed about and having been promised a refund I received a phone call saying they couldn’t issue one as there was a problem with their system and that I needed to contact my card provider and ask for a charge back.

I ordered a birthday present from here thinking it looked like a trusted website as they offer clear pay klarna etc. it was about £20 cheaper at the time than other places so I went for it. I ordered it and the next day I got an email the say it had been shipped which I was happy about. On the Wednesday 7th December I noticed I still didn’t have a tracking number on my order so I emailed their customer service team who claimed my order was awaiting collection and it should be with me “later this week”. Sunday came around and still no tracking number or update so I emailed again to be told it was awaiting collection and should be with me around the middle of the week. At this point I’m fuming as they’ve already told me that, plus they told me it was shipped when it clearly wasn’t. I waited until the Wednesday (today the 14th December) and still nothing, no tracking number and no updates. Went on live chat and luckily managed to get a refund. They hadn’t even shipped my order. I’ve wasted over 2 weeks waiting for this order for a birthday present and it’s not even been shipped. A joke of a company. Hopefully my refund won’t take too long and I can still order in time for the birthday on the 21st December! Stay away from this website!

14th December I’ve finally been given a refund after they message a day after purchase saying “item dispatched” only for them to tell me a week later the item was still in the warehouse and awaiting collection from a courier!
Apparently lying to customers around the Christmas period is a great way to do business! Shocking company! Barely respond and when they do the answers are all lies
