Very good build structure. Love that it's FDA-approved and I was referred this product from my long time dermatologist. Good quality layers and not cheap LEDs thats basically just putting Christmas lights on your head.

Once I decided that Kierr was the brand of LLLT that I was going to buy, I found their website to be very straightforward and informative about their products.
The cap is easy to use and the instructions are clear. You can just sit with it on while watching TV or reading a book. I massage in a growth serum between days. I can’t wait to see the results.

My hat, still under warranty, is not working any more.

Kiierr EDUCATES the consumer on the evidence-based science behind red light therapy. I enjoyed learning more about the benefits/results of this modality. Red light has proven to stimulate hair follicles that, in turn, stimulate greater blood flow to hair follicles. The end result is enhanced growth. So, I made the wise decision to give it a try. I'm glad I did!

I purchased a Kiierr laser hair growth stimulator 5 years ago. I haven't used it in several years but brought it out recently only to find I was having some issues with the battery pack.
I sent an email to Kiierr and Steven, the service manager, responded the next day with advice. He gave about 3 different approaches for my problem. And the 1st one worked! I am very pleased with the response and easy fix to my issue. I was sure I would be advised that I would have to purchase a new battery pack, but Steven came to the rescue.

Kiierr laser caps appeared to be the best choice based on the number of lasers and the laser diodes, so I placed an order. Ordering process was easy, but the 2 day shipping promised was more like 5 days and the product did not ship until 11 days after I placed the order. I had to follow up for shipping information and tracking information. Would have been helpful if this information was provided without asking. I now have the product in hand and am excited to see the progress over the next few months.

Communication is poor. I submitted a before picture which they claim was not received. I have not received any due rebates.

I have just started my treatments and had several questions related to the product. The quick response from Kiierr is outstanding! The treatment plan is simple to follow and although it is too soon to review the efficacy of the product, I have confidence it will work based on my research.

My experience dealing with problems of my Kierra laser hat was was very pleasant from start to finish.
They replied to my questions & concerns were answered promptly each & every time I had a question.
If I needed a new part to get my hat up & running again it was shipped out that day or the next day without fail.
Steve was very helpful in solving allmy problem.

Easy ordering, great product

After debating and debating about whether I wanted to spend a lot of money on this product, I finally decided to give it a try. After ordering it I went to my email and saw that I had a coupon for $125 off. I was sick because I didn't notice it until I had already purchased it. I wrote a quick e-mail and explained my dilemma and they wrote back right away and took the coupon off my order. Yay!

I have been using my Kiierr 272 diode laser cap for about five and a half years. I find that it’s been a great addition to my hair maintenance regime. It’s been easy to use every other day as directed and generally easy to travel with while on vacation. And i personally credit it with helping me keep and improve upon my hair density alongside my prescriptions. I do not think I’d be able keep my shoulder length hair—which I get compliments on regularly—without it! I’ll be an avid customer of Kiierr as their customer service is top notch as well; they were quick to help me replace a failing battery and keep my cap going for years to come.
