I am excited about my purchase. However, I’m giving this three stars out of five because the customer service was very inconsistent. I didn’t get answers after I emailed. The answers I did get were not sufficient. Also, I am still waiting on the supplements I bought. It’s now two weeks and counting no updates. Kiierr stated they provide two day shipping. I didn’t get my device for 15 days.

Jami is the BEST! She is always honest and responsive. She has guided me all the way through my buying experience and usage. Highly recommend Jami and Kiier. First class operation.

Their website made it easy to choose which cap to buy. Also, was glad that they had payment plans like Affirm built into the checkout page. Looking forward to seeing the results in 7 months!

Well-made product, easy to incorporate into my daily routine, shipped promptly. Results are not dramatic, but I think my shedding has lessened.

It took me quite awhile to chose the absolute best hair restor company. If you investigate you will observe a multitude of these companies. All promising the highest quality , fastest growth, and and cheapest price. But with such a sensitive and long term results. Majority of these companies did not make the investment or time to be investigated by a national agency ( FDA). That was paramount to one of many final decisions to chose Kiierr. Other issues I had was other companies actually promise outrageous claims that just aren't true. I'm a medical professional and know the process and truth of human nature and most of these medical claims. I found Kiierr to be the most upfront and honest when it came to making statements and claims.
Sure you can purchase a much cheaper version of false claims. Waste your money on inferior quality companies will only yield no to poor results, frustration and being taken advantage of. Kiierr will stand by you and for you during a process that many others will and do take advantage of you.

When there were delays in shipping and I inquired about it I received prompt feedback and the second delay I received the device

I bought a cap quite a while back and used it intermittently, but wasn't super committed. Then, more recently I noticed massive amounts of hair falling out daily. So I charged it back up and started using it again. Within a week, there was noticably less hair falling out. When I forget to use it for a week, the loss increases again. This very visible difference from use it non-use keeps me in the nightly routine now. I'll be getting a new battery pack soon. I want to have it on hand so I don't have to wait when the original stops holding a charge

I ordered the 312 MD Dualwave cap. It shipped out the next day, and arrived a day later. Very easy to use - just put it on your head, and 6 minutes later you're done. I've only been using it about a week so too early to report results.

Had a good experience so far. However, when I ordered the hat, I did not get an order completion email. Additionally, I had to reach out to the company to check on my order which ended up being back ordered and took an addtional week to get it. No one from the company proactively reached out letting me know. That said, the person I did communicate with was very helpful.

The Kiierr laser cap is so convenient to use. Unlike a laser comb used in the past, where you must control the movement of comb, it can be an arm workout. With the Kiierr cap I can check my emails, process online banking or watch tv. The company appears to be very personable and in the short time I have been with them they have answered my questions, and the CEO even sent me a personalized video.

The people I spoke with in the office were very helpful - I did get a little concerned when the hat didn’t arrive on time - when I called to find out what had happened I as informed of a supply delay:) We note have the cap and it is working beautifully! Thank you.

After much research my husband and I chose the Kiierr 302 MD laser cap.
I had some questions regarding the warranty process and at first I didn't like that I had to send an email with mt questions however, the company responded to me immediately. Customer Service was excellent. Looking forward to positive hair growth!

I requested to return my cap after six months with negligible hair growth improvement, but was informed I needed to have registered for the warranty. The sales agent was told that I was not given any written instructions when the cap arrived, and was told I should have looked at this information on their website. There’s no way for me to have known this, and now I can’t proceed, and I have NO WARRANTY. Run don’t walk from doing business with Kiier.

Horrific communications!!! It’s been 4 weeks and the ordered item has not shipped. They keep saying product delivery arriving on Wednesday and your item will go out tomorrow, but no tracking information is being sent. More importantly their website keeps showing inventory, and marking is still heavily promoting their products. This is unacceptable for them to not ship out an order placed 4/22/26
