I fell in love with your store during a recent trip to Ireland, and I have placed two rather large overseas orders from you since returning home. The quality of your merchandise is lovely, everything was packed very nicely, and the packages arrived quickly both times. I do have one quibble however. There is a banner at the top of all your email messages that I receive from that states that orders over $149 ship free to the USA, however I was charged for shipping on both orders. It would be nice to get clarity on this issue.

The delivery of the dress and handbag was quick and they were exactly as advertised.

Bad customer experience.

I ordered a gift for express delivery to an EU country from Ireland. No detail of expected delivery shared from Kilkenny Deaign when I paid for my order. Had to chase and was told an attempted deliver was made the previous day - which was after the advertised delivery days of up to 5 days. No card / message from the delivery company.

I asked for another attempt to be made and was told I would have to collect it myself.

I would love to be promoting Irish goods abroad but not with Kilkenny Design.

There is no customer care.

I bought a picture by Rebekah Khan from the Dublin shop. I paid for it to be delivered to the UK.
I cannot say how pleased I am with the whole process, Patrick was an absolute delight to talk to in Dublin and he explained the delivery process, and took the time to introduce me to the other artists that were represented and tell me more about Rebekah Khan.
It took around two weeks for my purchase to get to me and was really well packaged.
I would by from Kilkenny Design again without hesitation, plus the chocolate cake at the coffee shop was outstanding.

I’m delighted with my purchases .I recently bought on line two handbags ,Four mugs and a beautiful picture.Website is great and so easy to order and items were delivered in three days .The only thing I would have a problem with is that there was far too much wrapping eg bubble rap and items arrived in a big huge tall box (a large table lamp would have fitted in) so was difficult to break up and try too fit in my green bin .Haven’t said that I would definitely shop online again at the Kilkenny Shop .I love the quality off there products.

I purchased 2 x Killarney Crystal Trinity 12" Vases for my Mum for Mother's day. The Vases came in a lovely box and were of very high quality. I would definitely recommend the Vase this makes a lovely gift and the price is well worth it.
