Contacted their online chat looking for a L&C dress that had sold out online. Really helpful and directed me to the Galway store who were so helpful and had it in the size I wanted. They couldn't have done more to help. Offered to post it to save me an hour and a half drive to the shop. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommended.

The products on offer are good quality and beautiful.

Hi, my transaction with Kilkenny was fine: I ordered, I paid, I was given a delivery date and my goods duly arrived.
This is the minimum I expect, to be honest.
My only criticism is the weight of the jar: for 1.69 fl oz of cream the total weight of jar and cream is 7.4 fl oz.
I really like the cream, and I'd like to reorder -- can't Kilkenny come up with a better packaging option for refills?

Bought some table mats and a butter dish by Orla Kiely. They were good value in the sale and delivery was quick and efficient.

I recently was in Dublin and visited your store. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. While all of Ireland was so hospitable, the Kilkenny staff was the best customer service by far. Likewise, the merchandise was beautiful and I ended up buying much more than I expected! This was my favorite shop of my visit.

I went in with set intentions of what pictures I wanted. I didn't see them and asked for advice from guy on desk... Patrick. He was absolutely wonderful he asked to see where pics were for, and gave me suggestions. He was so right, any where else you would have to pay for this type of service

Normally I love shopping from Kilkenny Shop and would give you 5 out 5 as your items are so beautiful and packaged so carefully and I know my purchase will arrive intact. On my recent order one item was missing - a small Voya lip balm. This happened before on a previous purchase and I never bothered mentioning it as it was such a small item. But when it happened again I thought I would contact you. The lady who emailed me back said they had none in stock and would try to get it from another supplier for me but this has never arrived either which is a disappointing. It won’t stop me shopping with you as I still love the Kilkenny Shop and the other two items which I ordered were perfect and really well protected for delivery but this was a disappointing end to my recent purchase.

Great experience! The only thing I wasn’t sure about was the fact that I wasn’t sure how the package was being shipped. I just hoped that it would all workout and it did. My wife loved the necklace and I’m very satisfied.

I bought prizes online for a golf captains day. There was damage and no time to replace so I am in an embarrassing situation. I would have expected better quality.

Bought a bag that still hasn't arrived. After contacting the company, the bag is apparently in customs, waiting to be paid for (by me). No email, no squeak from anyone about it. I paid more than the bag cost from original supplier, then, a few days after I bought it, the shop put the bag on sale. They refused to refund me the amount. Won't buy again from them, too many issues.
