It was not what I purchased online. I was in your dublin store and bought various newbridge christmas ornaments and when I got back home in canada one box was empty. I called the store when I looked inthe box a week later and they were to busy to speak. Took my phone number but never called me. Love shopping in the Kilkenny Store Online so much to choose from. I normally get scented candles and diffusers and sometimes jewelry. Great discount on items or free delivery. Always good bargains to be gotten.

A delightful shop and lots of lovely things to buy but why does, in my opinion, the crib in the genesis nativity scene ornament look more like a metal toilet? Unfortunately someone else thought so too. Apart from that, good quality items.

The website is easy to navigate and ordering was too. I received a personal email when my return items arrived back to Kilkenny Design letting me know my refund would be processed. It was a lovely personal touch!

I had to return a jacket that was too small and it cost a small fortune….not to mention having had to pay duty on the purchase in the first place. International orders are not advisable although the merchandise is great!

The gin glasses are just gorgeous. Having visited the UK many times, spending a good month there each summer, I have come to love G&T's. Making mine now in these wonderful glasses just enhances the experience.
