Genesis items
Both Genesis items (statue & music box) are just beautiful presents.
Speedy delivery to Germany & it was very well packed, so there was no chance for any damage.

Two of the three products were broken
Two of the three products were broken, glass smashed. I wrote to customer service and they only replaced one item and replaced it with a different scent.

I hate that you now charge for bags
I hate that you now charge for bags. You may claim it’s “for the environment” but we all know it’s another revenue stream for you. The least a customer expects is a complimentary little bag for the items that have been purchased. Yet another example of customers being screwed.

No Online Order Yet
Ordered online, been nearly three weeks and still no package. The delivery company, GLS, apparently has 'attempted' delivery twice, yet this has definitely not happened, and are now telling me to pick up the package in Swords (an hour drive from me). Emailed Kilkenny customer service, who asked me to go back and ask GLS again... pretty sure that's not my job. Haven't enjoyed how no one has taken accountability in this situation and will be avoiding buying with Kilkenny Design again.

Unbelievable
Bought item on line, received email with tracking number, but didn't give courier details, calling customer service 2 days, eventually after about 20 calls someone answered to tell me that they where just a call centre, took my number and said I'd get a call back within 48 hrs unbelievable I'll never buy on line from these again.

On inspection I can see this order was placed through at the weekend and dispatched out this morning, your tracking was then issued out to you. Courier email then followed this. Your package will be received within the delivery timeframe advised to you.

I love the product that I bought from Kilkenny Design - a glass "duck" pitcher with silver handle and rim. The packaging was over the top and the order came in a reasonable time. The website was easy enough to navigate. BUT the silver on my pitcher is SO tarnished. It certainly doesn't look like the new item I hoped to receive. I am very disappointed.

Damaged box asked for delivery to my home
I had asked for delivery to my home , and stayed at awaiting delivery. Then I get a message say the box is at Pickup point, when I go there the bottom of box is totally open.. luckily everything inside was ok. I think this is the reason the UPS delivery person didn’t want to devto my home. Extremely disappointing.
Not the fault of “ Kilkenny” however my trust in UPS is not good.
