I order from Kilkenny frequently. However this time I did not receive the hat and scarf I ordered

Exactly what I was looking for and very well packaged and delivered in a timely fashion.

I bought 4 beautiful mechanical pocket watches as gifts for my siblings. My brother visited Ireland and as a souvenir he got me a acrylic baseball hat made in China. Thanks bro. These watches will be cherished airlooms for generations.

Marie and Neil gave time and attention to us as we shopped. Thank-you.

Worst customer service.Transferred to a call centre,who had no access to previous complaint made when my order had not arrived.I was told they first time I complained delivery would would be cancelled with An Post,and refund then issued.Package arrived three days after that,despite me stating that they were gifts going abroad,and too late,as my family had flown out.I am housebound due to disability now expected to pay further postage and arrange neighbour to bring to Post office.Instead I will donate to Charity Shop,and never purchase from this company again.

I have been trying for years to get Patrick cologne again! Once I ordered it (at a very reasonable price) I received the order in just a few days, all the way from Ireland. Once I run out of Patrick again , I will be re-ordering from you.

Shopping to Canada was quick, glass items were well packed. I love the new wine glasses and have already used them a few times.
On my side I had to pay duty so a warning to Canadians to know it’s payment on delivery for duty.

I still have not received my purchase or been contacted about how to resolve the delivery issue. Very disappointed, I would expect at this stage that the courier returns the item and I am refunded. I have called Kilkenny Design call centre several times and left a message with store assistants. No one has followed up.

Not really the fault of Kilkenny Shop but UPS has made a complete mess out of our order, and we still don't have the package. It's been in Victoria, BC for more than a month. They demanded additional payment to cover duties, which was paid to them two weeks ago but nothing happened., I just talked to UPS and they told me to contact the seller to get their permission to deliver the package!

I love Kilkenny Shop in Dublin and will be ordering some Dub City art for my daughter who just graduated from RCSI and is now in Louisville, KY……it’s a big country….

I bought a lovely framed print for myself and loved it so much that I bought one for myself sister’s birthday! It’s a beautiful watercolor in a white frame 🖼️, which is perfect on my bedroom wall.
