Frustrated
I have never been so frustrated with a company. I bought two necklaces online and only received one. After many attempts to email, I have yet to receive a response. There is no phone number to call. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company.
I did receive a response from Kilkenny and they are sending my second necklace today. I wish they would have responded quicker but hopefully it will be good now.

Amazing. Kilkenny Silver range is so pretty and beautiful. I think they recently had a branding / packaging change and the packaging is so pretty, pink and feminine and gorgeous so that’s what prompted me to buy.
Bought a beautiful pearl pendant for my sister (birthstone pearl for June) and couldn’t resist and bought gorgeous diamond stud earrings for myself.
