Disappointing service
I ordered two pairs of earrings on a Saturday night and got a confirmation email. Three days I got an email saying that my order was being refunded. No explanation in the email as to why. I emailed the company to ask about the order and I received no response. Wouldn’t recommend shopping with this company

Beautiful Irish/Australian bracelet
I got a beautiful bracelet for my daughter who lives in Australia,it had the Irish and Australian flags on it also the trinity.it was just what I was looking for my daughter for her birthday and so far from home it will remind her of all the love for her in ireland.its absolutely beautiful,great quality and beautifully packaged.i would highly recommend for all the moms that are missing their daughters in Oz.

Poor Website Management
Ordered a necklace that was listed on the website, was refunded after a few business days and told it was a discontinued design. Shouldn’t have been listed on the website as in stock if this was the case. Disappointing

Packaged beautifully
Packaged beautifully. My chain came in the normal Kilkenny Silver box, wrapped in matching tissue paper, and in a Kilkenny Silver bag inside the box. This made the package much bigger than expected but a nice touch especially if it is a gift.
The necklace is beautiful too, I get lots of compliments for it.
