The people at Kiln crafts are very helpful and communication was great, keeping me updated with progress of kiln being built and delivered, and an email after delivery to check everything was okay, the Ikon v46 is a great kiln. Highly recommend it and kilncrafts

Great at keeping me updated. Shannon was excellent at regularly letting me know what was happening with my kiln order. There was a delay in getting my kiln from the given lead time, but out of their hands AND Kilncare were also helpful and know they have been inundated with orders so was happy to wait! Kiln came and it is fantastic! loving being able to fire my own stuff :)

I was kept informed about the dispatch and delivery of my item. I had an issue with my purchase but the customer service team sorted it. The service is friendly and responsive which is very important to me. All together I'd recommend this company, for its competitive pricing and excellent customer service.

I am new to ceramics and have little knowledge of kilns I had a chat with Matt, after we had discussed what I needed Matt did a bit of research and I made my choice delivery was quick and efficient.

Kilncrafts have been incredibly helpful and supportive at each step of the process. Investing in a kiln was quite a major undertaking for me. Matt provided great advice so that I could find a kiln that matched my requirements and budget. He kept in touch to see if I had any other questions prior to my order and he kept me updated regarding the expected delivery date. Kilncrafts definitely go the extra mile to provide a great service!! And I love my kiln!!

Fantastic service, great communication

I recently purchased a kiln from Kilncrafts ( kilncare v46) I was contacted to ask if they could assist with the checkout process which was a lovely personal touch for something of that value.
The checkout process and website reassured me it was a 3-4 day delivery which was perfect to get though my firing back log only to find out that was an error and it was 3-4 weeks!
Although I was miss informed I was given regular updates from them and they were always very quick to respond to any communication which i valued a lot.
The price of the item was very competitive and with kiln selves it was an an easy decision.

The kiln it’s self is perfect it’s compact and packs a punch I’ve fired a few times now to 1200 and it’s never been a problem for a plug in kiln. It hold the heat really well which is great for heating up but if you’re impatient like me then the cool down feels like an age.

Over all I would recommend Kilncrafs for value for money and top notch communication.

I chose kilncrafts by searching online for a kiln and liked the initial product they were offering. When I looked further into their website, it was clear and easy to follow. I then telephoned to follow up my enquiry and spoke to Matt who was very helpful. He answered all my questions and I decided Kilncrafts were the business for me to start my new hobbie successfully and purchase my very first kiln. They explained the time it would take to be made and we’re spot on. They explained the delivery process to me and the kiln was delivered successfully and exactly when expected. Now for the exciting bit- the kiln came with full instructions which were clear and easy to read segmented into understandable sections. I set everything up and followed the guidelines and then wanted to ask a question regarding the fibres in the kiln. I telephoned and straight away was given an answer and didn’t feel judged at all at being a newbie to all this kiln stuff! Over all I’m extremely impressed with the high level of service and the quality of the product. I feel it’s very good value for money and I will definitely use the company again in the future. Thanks for all your help with everything. 10/10 from me. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a kiln even if you’re new to it all. The company will help you decide what’s best for your need.
