Shocking customer service. They are a scam company and do not adhere to consumer rights. False advertising on their website about your money back if not satisfied.
I am now raising a dispute against this company.
AVOID at all costs.

Awful company at every point of my purchase. Firstly, the quality is so bad it is hard to believe. Think of cheap Halloween iteam's and you are not even close. Once l returned the iteams they refused 30% of the cost of my return. Even though they promised 100% satisfaction or money back. Then, they choose just to ignore me for months. Until they came up with a lie to why they would not erefund me. Since then they have ignored my polite attempts to communicate. Shocking, rude and the £120 iteam l ordered was not worth the cost of the postage. Go anywhere else.

I wish I had read the reviews first. I ordered a kilt with custom printing 3 weeks prior to needing thinking this would be ample time. How wrong was I. Two weeks following I had had no communication to say how progress was and with a week to go I was a little nervous, so messaged them. This was on the Monday, I needed the kilt for the weekend. I finally got a response after multiple messages saying the order was complete and had been sent 24 hour delivery to arrive Wednesday. Perfect just in time. Wednesday came and went no delivery. I gave it until thursday frantically checking royal mail tracker as I had been provided with a tracking number. No update nothing. I then began the arduous task of trying to get hold of someone again to see what was happening to them be told your order is being printed and will be with you next week !!!!! I explained that I had already mentioned multiple times I needed the kilt for this week and at no time did they say they couldn’t complete the order giving me the option to cancel. Instead they lied about it being delivered thinking that I would still be happy to take delivery later. I demanded a refund and after much back and forward finally got a partial refund. I would not recommend this company at all highly unprofessional.

I was worried after reading some of the reviews on here, Sidra was a wonderful communicater and quick to address any and all my concerns. My jacket arrived today and it is perfection. I am thrilled by the fit and craftsmanship

What we received was a poor and cheap imitation of what was pictured. Terrible quality. The company has not responded to emails or reviews.

After waiting 21 days for an item to show up after paying express delivery charge, I returned it over a month ago. Despite repeated e mails requesting payment of my money it has not been sent and all my emails are ignored. A sidra kunwal who I spoke to over the late delivery still ignores my request for return of funds. I have no reason to believe they are not scammers.

I was very impressed with how quickly my order was processed and delivered to me. I purchased a leather biker jacket for my husband's birthday present and he loved it and says the quality is beyond his expectations.
I would recommend Kilts Boutique to any one and will purchase from them in the future.

Do not buy from this company, delivered a joke of a kilt jacket, returned as per the returns policy and have had no contact after several emails, no phone number, con merchants.

Awful customer service In fact customer service is non existent, I’ve received no response when chasing a refund for a returned order , returned because items were of a poor quality not represented on the website when ordering . Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere because should you encounter a problem you’ll find you’ve lost your money September

Great quality Kilt, and the fit and swing are perfect. Shipping from the UK to South Africa was my only issue, but was the couriers fault and not Kilt Boutiques.

Will definitely order again.

I paid 7.99 for Express Shipping, yet the item arrived multiple days after it was meant to (as it came all the way from China....), meaning I was not able to wear it to an event.

I contacted the company but received no response. I would like to return the item and get a full refund, including the express shipping costs I paid, as well as the cost to return it - surely I am not asking for much?

It is false advertising to say there Express Shipping and give a day by which it is meant to arrive when in fact it did not arrive even close to that date.

Please respond to my emails.

has been perfect there was online help for any of my queries and what I had ordered came exactly how I wanted colour, size etc. I will be making another purchase soon thanks 😁

Terrible shopping experience (I bought online from Barcelona). I found the store looking for synthetic Bavarian pants (I'm vegetarian), I followed the instructions to measure myself, even sending photos and they still sent me the wrong size. I decided to keep those pants as a gift and placed a new order with the correct size. In the second order they sent me the animal leather pants. I sent them back so they could send me the correct ones and it took about 4 months, and the worst thing is that they sent me pants of a gender and quality clearly different from the ones I ordered (the ones from the first purchase). I think they bought some costume ones and sent them to me. I do not recommend buying online in this store, maybe in the physical store it is different, but the online service is terrible, the order takes a long time to arrive, the changes are cumbersome and in my case fraudulent.

I work on a smallholding and the utility kilt is great for working in the summer months - both practical and comfortable. First time I've worn a kilt, now I'm a convert!
Good quality and recommended

Ordered twice from this company now. First package arrived with days of me ordering. The kilt was too small! My mistake, as I hadn’t measured properly!
The second time, I did it all correctly and the kilt arrived this morning. Tried it on and fits perfectly. I had emailed the company to see how long my second order would take and received a reply within hours.
Note to the wise:Make sure you measure correctly, as these kilts arrive and are the exact size quoted!

Motorcycle jacket very well made and a true fit to size. Very happy with the communication from the staff . Was delivered to Australia took 3 weeks. 2 weeks on hold by post office which is normal but very happy with the way it all went . I would recommend to anyone
