Excellent team at Kimberley Richard Jason & new guy T had two brand new lusso 2 caravans off them since sept 2025 and been great team both purchases 👍

We purchased our Coachman Laser 875 Xtra through a trade-in at the February Caravan and Motor Home Show at the NEC with a planned delivery date towards the end of May. Unfortunately due to our daughter being seriously ill in hospital our focus was with her. Kimberley Caravans were brilliant keeping our new van on hold until early August until we were in a better place to collect and complete the deal. Richard delivered a though and comprehensive handover and we are now enjoying our new caravan and our daughter is now two thirds through her treatment.

The experience at Kimberley was great, I can honestlly say that all of the staff especially Matt are so friendly and helpful it was a pleasure to do business with them. No question went unanswered even ones that may sound silly to a seasoned motorhome owner, we were put at ease straight away and treated well, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Cannot thank Kimberley caravans enough and especially Matt Wilkinson. We bought our motorhome without viewing and have to say the description and videos we were sent were all spot on.

The whole procedure of buying from start to finish was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful especially Richard.

Had emergency the water pump had failed on my caravan and they were the nearest dealer who had a replacement in stock we were an hour away and they were shutting in an hour and 15 minutes. Having got stuck in traffic in Nottingham we phone them an asked for them to wait as we would be last minute. The staff waited and can’t thank them enough. The service was excellent . I would recommend Kimberly and will use them again. Thank you Kimberly caravans once again

We needed a small repair to our motorhome. It was resolved in less than an hour .Everyone was so helpful and friendly and highly recommend 👌

Could not fault Kimberley Caravans at all. They have a range of caravans to suit different budgets. All caravans for sale are open so you can look round at your leisure. Darrell gave us lots of information which helped us to choose the perfect caravan for us. On the day we collected our caravan, Richard went through everything with us to ensure we were happy and confident in using all the appliances on the caravan. The service we received from Kimberley Caravans was second to none. Both Darrell and Richard were extremely helpful and I would 100% recommend Kimberley Caravans to anyone.

Excellent helpful staff but issues with the handover with couple of things not working in the caravan but were put right before delivery, also ordered a size 16 awning and got a 17 which was far too big so the issue of taking back to Kimberley when the correct one arrived, on whole nice people and nice little site

I liked the sales I would give them 5 stars. Very helpful, polite and engaging. They also worked as a team.
The service people who prepared the caravan were not very good. Jobs not picked up and work not finished or perhaps checked. The caravan rubber feet fell off on the motorway and the Alko hitch popped up. Water tank had not been cleaned ( sales sorted it out )
