Excellent customer service.

I had the pleasure of working with a young man named Andy A. concerning my home and auto in Florida. I am a widow and needed advise and help. Andy went above and beyond showing patience and explaining my options. He repeatedly told me, "no rush" or "take your time" while I looked for all of the information he needed to give me quote. He walked me step by step through everything all the while with no pressure to purchase. At the end of our lengthy conversation he had bundled my home and auto saving me over $2000 a year. I wish I had known about KIN sooner. They need to clone Andy or have him teach a Master Class in customer service.

When rates went up, due to the fires and such, Kin was able to work with me, adjusting my policy, trimming things I really didn't need, and getting me back down to a premium I could easily afford.
