Great customer service! We're buying a a house in California, where some companies are not writing new policies. Kin was about 40% cheaper than the ones who were giving quotes. Due to other entities, Lender, Inspectors, etc. we needed to make changes and Kin handled it perfectly. Talked to real people!

Was denied coverage because I have a shipping container and an old car in my back yard that runs. They claim the car is "broke down" and that shipping containers meens that you have lots of trash around your yard. Seems a bit like profiling without having any real evidence. Has to be the absolute dumbest thing I've ever heard.
