KIND just ruined their breakfast bars!!

KIND had an excellent peanutbutter breakfast bar, it was moist and not sugary, it tasted good. They couldn't leave well enough alone, KIND decided to add soy and sweeteners. This new "protein" breakfast bar is horrible, its very dry and crumbly, has a weird sweet taste, very chalky and leaves a awful after taste. I threw the 2 bars out after one bite. KIND just ruined their breakfast bars, they are now absolutely horrible! They should fire whoever did this, now I have to find a new breakfast bar.

Customers beware-rodent bones in product

I had been eating the Apple Cinnamon KIND bars for quite some time and never expected something like this to happen. Recently, while eating one on my lunch break, I felt something hard in my last bite. After almost choking, I pulled what appeared to be a tiny bone — possibly from a rodent or bird — out of my mouth.

I immediately contacted KIND through Facebook and email, and my husband also reached out on Twitter/X, yet we received no response whatsoever. It is extremely concerning that a company would ignore a situation involving possible contamination in their products.

What makes this even more upsetting is that I am currently 18 weeks pregnant, and you would think there would be some level of urgency or concern regarding customer safety.

After this experience and the complete lack of response, I will never purchase their products again. Customers should be aware and cautious, because this raises serious concerns about their quality control and what may actually be making its way into their products.

Underwhelmed

Kind to what? Certainly not your teeth! After four tentative "there's an emergency visit to the dentist coming up" bites of the caramel, almond and seasalt, thankfully the bar was finished 🤯

Granola

Hi. As a casual user, i wanted to tell you that the granola with oats and honey and coconut. While other snacks have been quite tasty, i was really disappointed with this bag. Virtually no taste at all. I love granola. That date is May of 26. Not stale. Very crunchy! But so bland! Bummer. Its not sold out here more rurally. And its an hour drive gor ust to St. Louis. So we cant purchase very often. No problem. Just letting you know. Thank you for good snacks! Hard to find comment section also.

SHRINKFLATION ALERT!

Three days ago, from Tesco in Batley, West Yorkshire, I purchased two boxes of 3-pack Kind bars: caramel chocolate peanut and chocolate chip cashew. With a Tesco club card, they were £1.85 each. On taking the first bar out of its wrapping, I actually laughed out loud. The photo of the bar on the packaging measured 9cm X 3cm. The actual bar measured 7cm X 3cm. Not happy. The bars in the other box were the same: 7cm X 3cm. I had another box, purchased maybe a month ago. The bar in the photo, again, measured 9cm X 3cm - the actual bar was 8cm X 3cm. At this rate, the caption on the box will need changing from "nothing to hide" to "nothing inside". In future, I'll be making my own bars. A quick "thank you" to Trustpilot and to the other reviewers making consumers aware of Kind's shrinkflation strategy.

The Box only Three

The Box only contains THREE bars so it's expensive for what you get.. they can add four as the box is big enough space to hold 5..

Won't buy these again...

Shinkflation, discontinued products and family packs!!! Ugh

I've been eating their regular sized bars for years before and after workouts. On the jobsite too. I can't find this size anymore. I've noticed product shrinkflation lately as well. I've noticed they stopped making the vanilla blueberry bars. They've stopped selling their value pack boxes too. So very, very sad.
I'll be looking for another company now. Possibly Cliff Bars or RxBars!
Bye, Bye Kind Snacks!

Used to love these bars

Used to love these bars, weren't exactly very cheap but just about acceptable. Now they are tiny and still charging the earth for them.
Won't be fooled into buying these again . THIS SHRINKFLATION BUISNESS IS GETTING RIDICULOUS. WILL FIND SOME OTHER ALTERNATIVE RATHER THAN BEING RIPPED OFF BY ANOTHER CORORATION LOOKING FOR PROFIT

I liked the full size bars

I liked the full size bars. It was perfect for before my workout and after. I could not find them. I researched it and found you made them smaller for the same cost. I see the thin breakfast bars and the smaller version of the original. Unfortunatly your marketing plan fell short on me and i will move on from it to a simular product. I am sure my review
will have no effect on you, though even one lost customer counts. I am sure others feel the same way but you won't hear from them.
Best of luck

No accountability

Went through all the right channels to give this company a chance to take care of my wife's broken molars because of a foreign object in their product. It's too bad. Been buying their products for years. It stops here. They've refused to take responsibility.

Another one down the pan!

Recently bought one of your multipacks as I have done on and off for quite some time and couldn’t believe what I found…
Bars half the size, less in a pack and to top it all off more expensive!!
Why are brands, particularly health/whole food brands incapable of providing a consistent product instead of luring consumers in with a great product and then 6 months down the line, giving the consumer the middle finger when they realise their margins aren’t as big as they thought they’d be??
Drives me absolutely mental. Has happened countless times in the last 5 years. There’s no consideration of longevity or being loyal to customers any more. Modern marketing is now just a big smash and grab and onto the next one!

Not as it says on the packet

This company is not honest with its ingredients. I bought their cashew and chocolate chip bar. The main ingredient was meant to be cashews but when I opened a bar, it was bulked up with peanuts and some almonds with not more than a couple of cashews. A few sprinkling of chocolate chips on top. Not sure I will buy these anymore.
