KIND had an excellent peanutbutter breakfast bar, it was moist and not sugary, it tasted good. They couldn't leave well enough alone, KIND decided to add soy and sweeteners. This new "protein" breakfa... See more

I found something very hard in my Kind…
I found something very hard in my Kind bar. I bit into the bar and struck something very hard with my teeth. It hurt my teeth. It appears to be something like a long thin piece of wood. It was so tough; I was barely able to snap it in half. I still have it. People should be warned.
Yummy seeds - Terrible Packaging
The packaging for the seeds has terrible quality. The lid pops open way too easily. Lost most of my pumpkin seeds due to this defect in design.
Do y’all understand how expensive everything is lately? My pregnant ass paid good money for those pumpkin seeds.
I have to admit that the pumpkin seeds are tasty (though a little salty.) that earned a star, I suppose.
Quite sugary.
I have been consuming the multi-pack Kind Bars each week for several years, unfortunately the recent ones have become very sugary and sweet. It seems nonsensical to modify the recipe/ingredients of an already healthy snack bar to something that would appear to be nutritionally inferior and which with all due respect tastes like granulated sugar. The others in my household have also confirmed my findings. Absolutely gutted as Kind bars were my go-to snack, this also happened a while back with the longer singular Kind bars. Have to research alternative snack-options going forward.
Double charged and no response from this online seller
I recently ordered 2 boxes of this American snack product via the Vodafone UK app "50% off offer rewards" to try it out, only to discover they never applied the discount and have double charged my payment card for the full inflated price...
Kind bars and their customer service…
Kind bars and their customer service KINDa suck.
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. After 10 days the order for a variety of items was still not shipped. Three separate emails went completely unanswered other then the automated reply.
The only thing they seem to respond to is when you tell them to cancel; however, I didn't get the cancellation confirmation yet, so we'll see.
AVOID ordering from this company at all costs
AVOID ordering from this company at all costs. I am so angry! I put in an order for a box of bars through vodafone veryme rewards. It’s been ages now and still no delivery. Have tried contacting them numerous times via email with no reply to the point of last week telling them I was going to post a bad review on trustpilot if I didn’t hear back in the next few days and still nothing. It’s like the company doesn’t even exist!
Unbelievable salty
Unbelievable salty, very unhealthy, in a crowded market get an alternative that won’t leave you needing to quaff a pint of water.
Nearly Damaged Teeth on Stale/Hardened Nut Bar!
Nearly damaged my teeth biting into a Peanut Butter and Dark Chocolate Kind Bar due to some of the Peanut being stale/hardened. Not happy and won't be purchasing any Kind products ever again!
Double charged and no response
I ordered some nuts, got double charged twice, tried to ask for a refund and got ignored still waiting for a response back from their so called customer service team.
No response from their care team, plastic in food
Bought a packet of their Kind Breakfast Bars, half way through the bar I noticed their was a piece of synthetic ribbon within the bar. Concerned this might be a manufacturing fault and could be a danger to someone who might not notice it I contacted the company. First via their website (no email address is found there) then via Instagram and again via their website. I have had no reply from them, hopefully this was the only faulty product and does not cause harm to someone else.
Just a bad unhealthy snack
Ingredients not healthy at all, white sugar, glucose... Product sticks to the pack and it is very difficult to eat!!!
